Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 17 000 employees in 16 countries, 57 by extension.
This position is based in Russia. Construction Manager will be involved in a major construction company.
Activities:
• Preparation of construction plan
• Check and approval of HSE plan
• Organization of work on the site
• Control over the compliance of all procedures of the safety rules on site by all participants of the project in compliance with the HSE plan and RF legislation
• Arrangement of trainings for employees and visitors
• Provision employees and visitors including author supervision with PPE
• Reporting on work progress and other activity of the General Contractor/ Contractor through the Project Manager (weekly report, monthly report, schedule, as built documentation register)
• Provision construction team with normal working conditions on site (office, IT-equipment, etc.)
• Control over the activity of the General Contractor/ Contractor in compliance with the contract, schedule, basic design and detail design documentation, Client’s directions and RF legislation
• Arrangement of check of the general contractor/ contractors before starting works for competence of execution of construction and installation works (check for availability of: SRO, licenses, RTN permits for working in dangerous industrial facilities, contract, knowledge check protocols on the facilities under jurisdiction of RTN for workers and technical engineering personnel, all necessary orders, PPR, PPRK);
• Arrangement of weekly meetings (daily if necessary),control over taking of minutes
• Management of site works progress, preparation, keeping and control of construction schedule (weekly, detailed, overall)
• Regular visual inspections of the site, overall control and regular correcting of technadzor and general contractor (contractors) activities
• Taking corresponding measures in case of deviations from planned progress
• Check for necessity (availability) of resources, car and devices, materials and equipment including schedule of deliveries
• Taking corresponding measures in case if work performers are under qualified or the works are executed in low quality
• Check of works presented by the Contractor in compliance with approved detail design documentation and contracts. Regular checks and corrections of cumulative lists of executed scope of works in compliance with presented as-built documentation;
• Preparation and use of risk evaluation system and reporting
• Control over the procedure of changes and claims
• Control over use of documentation management system
• Control over log keeping (including designer’s supervision log)
• Organization of site visit by designer’s supervision experts.
• Cooperation with state construction supervision bodies and local authorities (preparation and transfer of notifications, control over abidance to orders and etc.) representing the Client’s interests
• Organization of works together with the Client on obtaining report on compliance of constructed capital construction facilities with the requirements of technical regulations (norms and rules), other normative legal acts and basic design documentation.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate specialist with minimum 7 years experience in construction.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Yard experience will be a plus
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
