This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Camp Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Review and digest the pre-project studies. Verify the basis of design.
• Gather and analyse input data related to camp engineering, liaise with company’s operating team to collect necessary data for the project.
• Coordinate and supervise camp related surveys and studies.
• Ensure proper synergy between camp and Central Processing Facilities.
• Check that the design is developed in line with the Pre-Project and the Statement of Requirements
• Ensure coordination of camp related activities with other Specialists within the project and operation teams (especially HSE, permitting). Ensure global consistency of the design.
• Control and comment the documents issued by contractor(s) and check that they are as per Company specifications and rules and Russian standards and practices. Review and answer the Engineering Queries and Requests For Waiver.
• Call for and participate to necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings required to achieve the performance of the work.
• Participate to Technical Reviews/Audits (HAZID, HAZOP, PTR …). Ensure follow-up and implementation.
• Participate to the Tender Packages, Technical Evaluation, Recommendation To Award … for survey, engineering, LLI’s and construction Contractor’s selection.
• Follow-up Contractor(s) activities.
• Coordinate camp construction supervision.
• Manage technical interfaces related to camp procurement and construction.
• Ensure, coordinate and follow-up field engineering feed-back during camp construction.
• Ensures proper preparation of camp as-built documentation and proper hand-over to project/operations teams.
• Participate to site/Contractor(s) visits as necessary.
• Participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings.
• Provide input to the Construction Manager for Project progress reporting (data, narrative …), outlines critical problems and proposes corrective actions.
• Assist the Construction Manager in the preparation of work program and estimations to translate it into yearly budget, and further revisions (through PDC-02, 06, 09 and closure)

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the civil engineering and construction for the civils, building and / or oil industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
