Responsibilities:

Writing drilling fluids programs
Interpretation and implementation of drilling fluids program
Preparing, testing, and maintaining drilling fluids
Project optimization through making recommendations about efficiency of drilling fluids
Optimizing service quality
Provides technical guidance required to achieve maximum drilling fluid performance in a cost-effective manner
Tracks material usage and maintains record of same for inventory and billing purposes.

Requirements:

5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience (specialization in Drilling Fluids)
Knowledge of all types of drilling fluids
Participation in emergency works, previous experience with abnormally high formation pressure
Participation in drilling deep wells (both production and prospecting)
Previous operational experience in the conditions of cold weather (Siberia or the Far North).
