Our partner, major international EPC Company seeks experienced QA/QC Engineer.
Main Duties:
Assisting the QA/QC Manager in the development, review and implementation of the Project IMS/QMS in the Moscow office
Assisting in the coordination of training and awareness programmes associated with the application of the IMS
Assisting in the planning and implementation of a Quality audit programme and carrying out QA/QC audits (internal as well as sub-contractor and Vendor) as assigned
Recommending improvements to the project IMS/QMS
Assisting the Quality Manager in the development of Project Specific IMS/QMS documentation
Assisting the Disciplines Leads and Departments in the development of discipline specific procedures, instructions and standards
Assisting the Quality Manager in the implementation of Client procedures
Acting as a QA/QC Liaison between Project Team, Sub-contractors and Vendors
Reviewing quality documentation and records produced by sub-contractors and vendors
Assisting in identifying corrective actions, opportunities for improvement, prevention measures and recommending actions
Facilitating, managing and coordinating the close out of all Non-conformances, corrective actions and preventive actions
Participating in site visits, kickoff meetings, quality surveillance, testing and inspection activities
Ensuring Vendors adhere to appropriate Russian Codes, Standards, Inspection Criteria, certifications, etc.
Organizing and facilitating Lessons Learned Workshops and Reports
Other QA duties as required by Project QA Manager, BU QA Manager, and Project Manager
Key Educational / Technical Qualification needed
ISO 9001 training and Auditor Certification. University Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience. Training in MS Office 2007 or above. Training in MS Visio and Adobe acrobat would be an asset.
English/RUSSIAN (spoken and written)
Key Previous Experience
3-5 years experience as a QA/QC professional carrying out quality audits, and creating, improving and maintaining Quality Management Systems. Experience with Integrated Management System frameworks and structure, writing and creating procedures, process diagrams, and Quality plans. Experience with Russian Codes and Standards and equipment import requirements a must.
Must have strong administrative skills, be well organized, and work well under pressure. Attention to detail is a must. Experience and training in MS Office 2007. Experience with Adobe Acrobat; scanning to PDF would be an asset.
