ACTIVITIES
• Preparing Contracts with participation of relevant entities: pre-qualification of tenders, call for tender preparation, tenders examination, negotiations, set up of final contract;
• Applying contracting procedures in compliance with PSA and JOA commitments, Delegation of Authority and Company rules ;
• Commercial evaluation of tender offers/contract rates; related negotiations
• Providing assistance to the contract administrator, and coordinating all relevant contractual and commercial relationships with contractor(s) and supplier(s);
• Applying filing DOCP procedures of all technical contracts;
• Permanently liaising with all entities of TEPR and/or Head Office entities;
• Follow up of any dispute occurrences ;
Anticipation and pro-active implementation of all relevant local constraints and regulations.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
• Position based in Moscow

• Different legal entities and projects require good understanding of legal structures, awareness of consequences
• Work under pressure
• Multy task job, implying dealing with big amounts of paper documents as well as a lot of communication with different entities and contractors

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure a careful Market and / or Contractors follow-up in the contractual and commercial domain ;
- Contribute to guarantee the Company policy in the process of awarding contracts in a spirit of total impartiality and
neutrality
PROFILE/ QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Fluent in English;
- Good communication skills;
- Reliability, good negotiator;
- Ability in clerical work and office management; proficient in office computer software and SAP
