Develop Piping Remedial Actions Proposal to be submitted to ROSTECHNADZOR for Positive Conclusion.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare piping Remedial actions, considering the overall technical integrity of Vessels and design premises
• Ensure compliance with project Specifications, Standards, Russian Federation laws and Regulatory Authority for all remedial actions issued
• Design review and approval
Conditions:
• Senior Piping Engineer in the major oil and gas company
• Rotation method (28/28)
• CV should be presented in English and in Russian
Requirements:
• Education: Engineering Degree, Fluent Russian, Good knowledge of English
• 15 years experience as Piping Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry, 10 years experience in as Piping Engineering Design
• Engineering knowledge of Pressurized Vessel for Oil & Gas Industry
• Knowledge of National Standards and Codes for Pressurized Vessel used in Oil and Gas Industry
• Knowledge of Materials of Pressurized Vessels used in Oil & Gas industry
• Engineering Design
• Construction, Installation, Inspection and testing
• Develop Repairing Method Statement
• Estimating Repairing Cost and Schedule
• CTR review
• Prepare SOW for ITT
• Knowledge of Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
