General Requirements
O& G Operator experience
International exposure is an advantage
Working level English is a requirement
Suitability for a small company environment: flexibility & mobility.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Strong engineering background with strong experience in management of design.
Detailed knowledge of process and concept engineering: conceptual design and working knowledge of eventual execution of small and larger design projects. Responsibility for larger design projects as part of dedicated Project Group (e.g. gas treatment facilities)
Detailed knowledge of Russian technical standards (Government Regulation 87, Planning Code etc.): ensuring compliance with Russian engineering design standards & norms
Design Project management: budgeting and schedule projections, cost analysis and control.
Main responsibilities
To build, lead and manage an engineering team (civil, process, electrical, etc.)
Support of design optimization of existing surface production, processing and transportation system: supporting operations in terms of design.
Management of concept development, maturation and selection, detailed design and supporting procurement, in-field construction & commissioning.
Represent the Company in strategic discussions with third parties and potential Joint Venture partners.
