Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance/support to pre-commissioning and commissioning teams through review and development of start-up philosophies and procedures and provide assistance with inspection and commissioning activities until the plant is handed over to the permanent organization for start-up and operation.
- Operation phase: The Rotating Equipment Engineer will take primary responsibility for the management of all mechanical aspects related to Rotating Equipment, including surveillance, routine maintenance and planned maintenance. Act as a prime interface to allow troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Working under supervision, Performs troubleshooting, reliability improvement review, maintains and updates Company equipment drawings, standards, procedures and specifications related to Rotating Equipment;
- Working under supervision contribute to the detailed maintenance planning, pre-Outage, Outage and post-Outage planning activities in conjunction with other Company Dept.
- Propose detailed work scope for each planned or unplanned Outage.
- Identify the changes which need to be subject to the Company plant change procedure.
- Assist with regular reviews of maintenance activities associated with the Rotating Equipment.
- Work with the Company's Site teams to develop maintenance schedules, which optimize Rotating Equipment reliability and availability. Lead the team of technicians and Specialists to maintain a documented history of all rotating equipment changes or modifications.
- Support the Company's operation & maintenance staff with diagnosing and resolving maintenance or operational problems on the Rotating Equipment.
- Support Company staff in diagnosis and resolving problems, which cause or may potentially cause negative impacts on LNG production.
- Provide support to Company's operation & maintenance staff. For the day-by-day activities .
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering with proven experience with rotating equipment design, commissioning, operation and maintenance. Experience of the same for plants located in harsh environment with arctic / cold climate conditions.
- More than 5 year experience in Oil and Gas industry and in LNG plants. Minimum 3 years experience on gas turbines and compressors in LNG plant.
- Familiarity and field experience with different types of Rotating Equipment of low complexity such as small centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Pumps, Fans and Blowers.
Must know:
- Russian Federal laws and other normative legal acts, regulating the business of the Company with regard to construction and award of construction contracts: RF Civil Code, Construction Standards and Regulations, GOSTs, regulations and standards of the RF Ministry for Regional Development, procedural construction documents, other guideline documents.
- Local regulations of the Company;
- Production practices in construction;
- Basics of civil legislation;
- Information processing methods with the use of modern communication facilities, computing technology;
- Internal code of conduct;
- Collective contract of the Company;
- Rules and regulations of labor safety and fire security.
