Project Manager
Requirements:
Must possess good English,
University degree in Engineering or Technical Sphere (or equivalent culture),
5+ years’ experience in this role in Oil and Gas
Communication skills and availability to travel within and outside Russia
Duty station: Moscow
Mission
The Project manager is responsible of the execution of the assigned project, in conjunction with the project director, if assigned. He coordinates all the activities of the project. He is responsible of the overall results of the project, in terms of safety, schedule, quality and economic results. He manages the project team to achieve the project goals. He represents the company towards the client.
Activity and Main Responsibilities
• Guarantee the execution of the assigned project, from the design phase to procurement, construction
and commissioning and further through the period of warranty until the final acceptance; ensuring
the respect of the terms of contract and the management of risk, also with regards to insurance and
financial aspects, in line with the previously determined targets, deadlines for execution and the
required quality and safety levels;
• Manage, in coordination with the Project Director (if assigned) and with the support of Contract
Managers, Site Managers and Subcontracts (if applicable) contract variations and claims with Clients,
Partners and Construction Subcontractors;
• Ensure the relations with the Clients and with the Partners during the execution of contracts, in order
to guarantee an efficient fulfilment of the assigned project and to obtain Customer Satisfaction;
• Pursue the “Project Excellence” and guarantee the application of updated methodologies for Project
Management through innovation and improvement based on the feed-back gathered from current
projects and to be applied in future ones.
