Foreign company is looking for Project Engineer Oil & Gas. This work is based on permanent employment condition in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Sakhalin 2 project). Company provides employee and his family mobilization to the project and other good social benefits.
Accountability
• To manage and engineer multi-discipline projects from front end, detail design, construction, commissioning, hand-over and close-out, within schedule and cost to an acceptable quality.
Basic Functions
• Deliver Assigned projects within Budget and schedule
• Provide clear direction to project team of expectations and delivery requirements
Principal Responsibilities
• Single point responsible for the efficient execution of assigned projects to deliver within schedule, cost, HSE and at an acceptable quality
• Develop scope of work handed over by the client for each assigned project to achieve the specified deliverables
• Review and Approve cost and schedule estimates for assigned projects
• Responsible for all project reporting and client interface management
• Maintain and control project changes, utilising the change management protocols
• Early highlight and resolution of all project issues associated with assigned projects
Technical / Business Skills:
• Specialist project skills
• Shutdown / Package management
• Communication skills to negotiate and be the primary interface with client
Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Ability to work in a multicultural team
• Liaise effectively between functions / disciplines and third parties
Competences:
• Demonstrate good safety awareness
• Excellent Strategic Planning and Organising, Ability to Manage Change and motivate and develop teams
• Excellent business commercial appreciation and judgement.
• Skilled in conduction formal meetings, summarising and close-out pending issues.
• PC Literate
Business & Industry Experience:
• Minimum 5 -7 years oil and gas engineering experience, of which 4 years within a design engineering environment
• Shall have worked as a single-point responsible project engineer for several small/ medium sized oil/gas projects or managing multiple smaller projects concurrently.
• Shall have proven capabilities in managing and motivating all disciplines to deliver projects
Education:
• Degree in discipline engineering or equivalent
