Oil and gas company (our client) is looking for Procurement /contract Officer
Job summary:
Prepare and launch bidding process – input: Scope of Work approved by Repsol technical Project manager
Coordinate tender schedule: clarifications, documentation and proposal reception
Proposals opening: coordinate technical proposal assessment through the original user
Perform the commercial proposal assessment, based in technical result. Coordinate negotiation process if is necessary
Prepare the awarding documentation: service background, scope, tender schedule, assessment result and final recommendation
Coordinate the awarding submission and approval process.
Coordinate the contract preparation among contractor and service department: legal, tax, insurance
Conclude the contract signature and coordinate the kick off meeting together with the user.
Maintain all contract statistic control, weekly and monthly reporting.
Probed experience in in oil and gas industry
Requirements:
Medium or University education in economic/ finance or engineer Procurement for Projects in oil and gas industry: construction, drilling and logistic, etc
From 3 to 5 years of Experience
Confident user - Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point. Analytical skill. Team building attitude
Intermediate English
Contract duration - 8 months, renewable based on performance.
