International Oil and Gas Company is looking for Procurement & Logistics Manager.
Job Responsibilities • Reports directly to Supply Chain Manager in Novorossiysk. • Supervises four (4) junior Procurement & Logistics Specialists in Moscow and Novorossiysk. • Actively champions safety. • Issues Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports on Contractor’s Procurement & Logistics activities. • Reviews and Coordinates Revisions to Contractor’s Procurement Database/Spreadsheets. • Works with Contractors to expedite items as necessary to meet construction schedule. • Reviews and approves Contractor’s Logistics Plans. • Tracks, drives submittals, and reviews contractually required Procurement and Logistics documents: 1. Contractor’s Sub-Supplier Approval Forms (>$200K) with attachments. 2. Contractor’s Sub-Supplier Notification Forms (<$200K). 3. Contractor’s Weekly Procurement Register. 4. Contractor’s Technical Specifications & Purchase Orders (PO’s). 5. Contractor’s Supplier Document Requirement List (SDRL) included with the PO. 6. Contractor’s Manufacturing Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) included with the PO. 7. Delivery Contracts with Penalties, Warranty period, and translated text of Contract. 8. Marking, Tagging, and Packing requirements included with the PO. 9. Spare Parts (both Commissioning & 2 year Operating) included with the PO. 10. Vendor Representative pricing and Company’s Terms and Conditions for Site Work included with PO. 11. Proof of Vendor’s Liability Insurance for Site Work (amount per Company’s Terms and Conditions). 12. Proof of Shipping Insurance (amount of required insurance to be verified by Contracts Dept). 13. Contractor’s Equipment Dossiers per (SDRL & ITP): Passports Passport registration Certificates of Conformity Rostechnadzor Permits to Use Rostechnadzor Fire Certificates Instrument Registration/Attestation Certificates (per State Register of Measuring) Instrument Calibration Certificates (per State Metrology Dept) Rosenergonadzor Hazardous Electrical Classification Certificate Material Certification (Material Passports) Weekly Inspection Reports at Manufacturing Facility Test Reports for Tests at Manufacturing Facility Technical Vendor Documents (O&M manuals, Data sheets, Cause & Effects, etc.) Job Qualifications • College degree. • 10 years of related experience. • Excellent leadership and decision making skills. • Interpersonal/communication skills to interface with colleagues at all levels without creating conflict. • Computer skills using Microsoft Applications (Excel/Word/Outlook). • Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English language is required.
