Site Manager Job Description • Directed by SEIC to execute the operational aspects of implementing maintenance and services, shutdown and minor modifications work tasks in an effective and efficient manner. QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/ Work experience in pipeline: high professional education (technical) with work experience not less than 5 years as pipeline supervisor. - Good technical background should include design and equipment utilization in pipeline facilities. - Competencies: communication, negotiation etc… - Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Russian would be a must, French would be an advantage. - Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.

Prepare recommended responses * Provide close monitoring of construction activities of awarded contracts with reference to areas of potential claims * Evaluate change orders, claims and propose recommended answers to the contractors/suppliers * Provide support to the project team on contractual matters * Participate in auditing process as deemed necessary in collaboration with finance department * Participate as required, in weekly and monthly progress meetings * Monitor and report contract progress. Provide, to the Project Services Manager, all relevant information needed for Project reporting * Anticipate potential problems of interfaces. Analyse and propose corrective actions * Complete other responsibilities associated with his position as may be required, such as facilitate meetings chaired by non-Russian speakers * Process, draft & archive Contractual documentation as per the Company rules and softwares (SAP)
* Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil industry as Electrical engineer (upstream) * Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Russian would be a must * Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
Responsibilities:
* Review and digest the pre-project studies and Basis of Design * Verify the deliverables to be produced by the Contractor(s) related to Electrical * Coordinate and supervise Electrical studies for the Central Process Facilities, Utilities … * Check that the design is developed in line with the Pre-Project and the Statement of Requirements * Ensure coordination of Electrical activities with the other Specialists within the project team. Ensure global consistency of the design * Follow-up Contractor(s) activities. Control and comment all Electrical documentation issued by contractor(s) related to engineering, procurement, project management, fabrication and tests, and check that they are as per Company specifications and rules. Review and answer to the Engineering Queries and Requests For Waiver * Call for and participate to necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings required to achieve the performance of the work. Participate to internal and external interface meetings * Participate to Technical Reviews/Audits (HAZID, HAZOP, PTR …). Ensure follow-up and implementation of outcome * Liaise with Kharyaga operating team to collect necessary data for the project * Contribute to Technical Evaluations, Recommendations To Award … for selection of the Sub-Contractor(s) as required * Manage technical interfaces related to Electrical between EPC Contracts, LLI’s … * Participate to the equipment Factory Acceptance Tests * Provide support/participate to construction and commissioning for activities related to Electrical * Verify that the Contractor(s) are administrating properly the relevant procurement * Participate to site visits as necessary * Participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings * Provide input to the Engineering Manager for Electrical progress reporting (data, narrative …), highlight critical problems and propose corrective actions
