My client has a number of 2000hp drilling rigs operating in the area. Drilling wells over 5500+m deep, H2S, both vertical and deviated wells, Multilayer Reservoir with High Pressure environment in some layers. It is a 3-4 year drilling programme.
Work schedule:
Ideally looking for staff personnel, 28/28 OR 14/14 rotation. Contractors are not excluded. At least 3-4 year long contract with an option to extend. Job is based out of Western Kazakhstan. The entire management team consists of expats from Europe and Russia, so ideally my client needs someone who is proficient in both English and Russian languages to communicate with field based staff.
Minimum requirements:

Обязанности • Обеспечивает проектный контроль Подрядчиков по управлению проектом для своевременного предоставления детальной отчетности, необходимой Компании (Ежедневной, еженедельной, и ежемесячной); • Содействует Руководителю в отслеживании и получении оперативной информации о ходе реализации проекта непосредственно с объектов строительства (в т.ч. о работе Подрядчиков по управлению проектом, подрядчика по техническому надзору, авторскому надзору и других подрядных организаций, участвующих в реализации проекта, а также об их взаимодействию со службами эксплуатации); • Содействует Руководителю в обеспечении оперативного контроля, сбора, систематизации полученной с объектов строительства информации, формировании и предоставлении Координатору НПС РФ и руководству Компании отчетности о ходе реализации проекта Расширения; • Организует работу по подготовке и предоставлению оперативных отчетов, справок и других сведений по ходу реализации проекта Расширения по запросу Руководителя и Координатора НПС РФ; • В случае производственной необходимости участвует в выездных совещаниях по организации хода работ на объектах проекта Расширения; • Содействует Руководителю в обеспечении проверки графиков подрядчика 1-5 уровней, прогнозов стоимости, периодических отчетов и запросов на изменения бюджета; • Несет ответственность за целостность, точность и достоверность Систем отчетности проектного контроля КТК (включая формы КС-3, КС-6а и их приложения), а также проверку экономической составляющей формы КС-2 по объектам России; • При необходимости принимает участие в аудиторских проверках подрядных организаций и других инспекционных мероприятиях с выездом на площадки строительства; • Проводит мониторинг отклонений и направлений развития и сравнение их с существующими требованиями; • Обеспечивает мониторинг изменений в бюджете и прогнозируемых затрат; • Оказывает содействие Руководителю в проверке и корректировке счетов подрядчиков, включая формы КС-2, КС-3, КС-6а и их приложения, при необходимости визирует вышеуказанные отчетные документы; • Обеспечивает удовлетворительное выполнение требований Руководителя по проектному контролю; • Содействует Руководителю в ведении журнала рисков и журнала по управлению взаимодействиями по объектам Проекта и обеспечивает точность отображения данных во всех прогнозах, стоимостях, при планировании и списании непредвиденных расходов; • Содействует Руководителю в подготовке отчётности для Акционеров; • Содействует Руководителю в составлении элементов Проектного контроля для их размещения на Информационном веб-сайте Акционеров.
Требования • Высшее образование, желательно техническое или экономическое; • Минимум 4 года опыта работы в нефтегазовых проектах; • Способность работать в группе и направлять остальных при необходимости; • Отличное знание компьютерных программ, таких как Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Primavera и Outlook; • Гибкость для обеспечения меняющихся приоритетов и оказания содействия в разработке обновлений систем Проекта и Компании; • Свободное владение письменным и устным английским и русским языками.

Activities: • Develop and set up an Information System and Telecommunications (IT) strategy in compliance with the overall E&P objectives and adapt it locally by covering all technical aspects and services provided in accordance with business expectations (Professional Disciplines and users). Take care of the overall consistency of the information system architecture; • Advise and provide top quality service, end users oriented, and cost controlled (telecommunications, networks, systems, applications SIE, SIG, SIP, methods, quality….); • Analyse situations and propose technological developments, within the framework of expertise; • Facilitate information systems evolution, by supporting modularity and easy maintenance, by promoting the most standard solutions, in order to curb the total cost of the information systems for the company; • Promote opportunities where IT can provide an added value or improve the effectiveness of the business; • Define the right balance to maintain between internal and external expertise, in line with business needs, in a constantly and rapidly moving technical context, and remaining consistent with the IT discipline and the entity. We work with a reputable KZ-EU joint venture Exploration & Production company based in Western Kazakhstan who is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Contracts and Legal Supervisor/Manager for their expanding operations.
As a Contracts Specialist you will be assisting Projects Director as well interfacing with the Finance, Procurement and Legal departments on this large CAPEX project.
You will be fully involved in a project execution team for a new build Gas Treatment Plant and will assure all the vendors, contractors and local authorities involved are operating according to the contractual and legal obligations.
Main responsibilities:
To check, control and monitor the entire project contracts and their execution related including legal aspects.
Procurement Execution Plan verification; procurement control, supervising tendering processes completion and tender evaluation (i.e. Commercial Tender Assessment).
Engineering, construction, engineering procurement, service contracts review and verification.
Monitoring contracts execution and, together with the Project Finance Supervisor, preparing progress and cost reports indicating critical issues and outstanding disputes.
Supervising vendor data deliveries, and vendor inspection activities as well as support internal and external parties with sourcing, researching and evaluating goods, products, services and alternative suppliers.
Control priorities and review the more difficult and complex assignments regarding the contracts. Interpret contract provisions and review accuracy of contracts. Monitor correspondence between the client and contractors and the preparation for litigation where appropriate.
In this hands on role you will be required to have an ability to plan ahead, see the bigger picture and recognise early any problems that may arise.
Main Prerequisites:
8+ years of experience in the industry. Ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree. Be fluent in Russian and English, both written and oral. Have wealth of experience in Kazakhstan or knowledge of local laws and regulations. Ability to demonstrate appropriate technical knowledge. Have excellent administrative and Communications skills Oil and Gas experience on big CAPEX projects will advantageous.
Work schedule:
Preferably on residential basis out of Western Kazakhstan OR 6on / 2 off or 5 on / 2 off rotation. Additional holiday days are provided by the company. Flights to and from the mobilisation point are paid for (if on rotation). Additional benefits and bonuses as per company policy.
