Key Responsibilities: In charge, under the responsibility of a senior Instrument and Control System Engineer of the follow up and supervision during the different phases of the project: Detail Design, Procurement, Construction, and as necessary precommissioning, commissioning. We are looking for Drilling Rig Supervisors (5 positions available) for the project in Libya. The Rig Supervisor is responsible for the overall drilling operation and managing the different activities on a land rig site. Drilling operations location in El Sharara Field near Ubari, Libya. Will serve as the primary liaison between our Client and Drilling Contractor and will provide supervision of all operations performed on the wells. Work closely with Drilling and Work over Field Department personnel as required to accomplish objectives and perform Should have in-depth knowledge of directional drilling technology, MWD technology, DST equipment, well testing and stimulation. Essential job functions including manage drilling rig operations through initial preparation stages of job site and execution of operations from the beginning to the end of each drilling well. Candidate must be knowledgeable with standard drilling duties, safety awareness, disciplinary counseling, and general expectations of operations with each job site. Maintain an inventory of personal protective equipment, supplies, and materials for daily, weekly, and monthly needs to ensure appropriate levels to continue operational efficiency. In charge of: • Coordinating and controlling the Site welding activities. • Coordinating and controlling the Site non destructive examination (NDE) activities. • Providing discipline support for welding and NDE activities during procurement.

Monitor the NDE performance and production tests, in terms of quality and frequency, ensuring conformity with specifications and codes. •Conduct visits, surveillance activities and/or compliance audits at the Site Works as per schedule or, as and when required. • Participate in the review of Site deviations related to welding and NDE disciplines requested by Contractor and provide recommendations on the matter. • Acts as technical focal point for his field of domain. • Monitor quality records issued by Contractor to verify that weld acceptance is performed in accordance with reference documentation. • Support the rest of the team and propose alternative courses of action, wherever possible, to facilitate efficient project progress. • Participates in regular meetings to keep abreast with all issues relating to the Project. ОСНОВНЫЕ ЗАДАЧИ: - Контролировать процесс производства цемента, предназначенного для строительства ОГТ, и оценивать результаты, полученные в ходе испытаний сырья; - Присутствовать при испытании цемента, предназначенного для строительства ОГТ, в лаборатории на предприятии Поставщика и регистрировать результаты; - Следить за работами по погрузке цемента, предназначенного для строительства ОГТ, из бункеров в вагоны, прежде чем цемент будет отправлен на строительную площадку; - Отбирать образцы цемента во время работ по погрузке цемента в вагоны: - 1 образец - для проведения экспресс-испытания цемента на предприятии поставщика; - 1 образец (х кг) – для отправки на площадку, где осуществляется строительство ОГТ, для проведения испытания; - Проверить чистоту вагонов до начала работ по погрузке цемента, предназначенного для строительства ОГТ; - Ежедневно представлять отчет Координатору ОТК производства составляющих бетона компании; - Предупреждать появление показателей критичных для качества и предпринимать соответствующие меры для улучшения данных показателей; - Помогать следить за тем, чтобы продукция и документация отвечали техническим условиям проекта и нормативным требованиям; - Принимать участие в совещаниях на площадке, где осуществляется строительство ОГТ, в случае необходимости; - Соблюдать требования по охране труда, здоровья и окружающей среды каждый день 24 часа в сутки.

Brief Description of Roles & Responsibilities: Accountability: • Accountable for establishing and maintaining project Information management systems and the control of project documentation to the satisfaction of project management and Company. All in accordance with the requirement of the contract. • Establish, implement, supervise and coordinate the Project Document Control (PDC) function for recording, distributing and filing of all Project engineering, supplier and construction documentation. Overall responsibility to ensure that all Project documentation is maintained and handled in the Project’s electronic Content Management System, Documentum. Basic Functions: • Supervision and coordination of project document control activities related to document production and distribution as defined in the project procedures.
Principal Responsibilities: • Responsible for the day to day running of the Document Control Centre.
Требования к кандидату: • Supervision and coordination of project document control activities related to document production and distribution as defined in the project procedures. • Undertake regular PPR reviews and assessments for all personnel working within document control. • Good communicator in both Russian & English-languages – ability to understand the needs of others • Responsible for adherence to the document control processes. • Interfaces with Engineering Manager/Project Engineer. • Interfaces with all other groups within the Engineering, Construction, Procurement and Corporate organization. • Interfaces with Client. • Interfaces with Vendors • Good experience in a Document Management environment or proven industry experience. • Good knowledge of Document Management Systems and familiar with latest techniques in document handling and computerised tracking. • Documentum experience an advantage. • Technical experience and understanding of As-Built engineering documentation and thorough knowledge of Project documentation. • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of staff. • Ability to manage and encourage support staff in order to improve their performance. • Significant self-starter skills and a high level of initiative. • Appropriate degree (or equivalent). • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience; preferably in the onshore and offshore oil & gas industry. • Experience of participating in and co-ordinating DCC teams and monitoring work to ensure that standards are attained, project targets and agreed schedules are met and budgetary constraints are not exceeded.

Brief Description of Roles & Responsibilities: Accountability: Reports direct into Company Business Services Manager. Accountable for producing and delivering quality planning deliverables and reporting in a timely manner. Ensuring plans and programmes are fully developed and tracked, coded in accordance with client agreed WBS, and all interfaces and interdependencies are captured. Principal Responsibilities: • Ensures that all activities (Onshore/Offshore Modifications, Onshore infrastructure projects and others) have a baseline plan, are appropriately progressed, tracked and reported to internal and external customers in accordance with established company procedures from inception and budget estimating through to completion. • Facilitates agreement from multiple departments on milestone dates, and tracks/reports milestone achievements. • Requirement to interface daily with both project teams and Client reps and integrate plans into overall Client Project plans. Key tasks will be liaison with project engineers to ensure all elements of plans reflect the scope of work, project drivers and the resource planning can be forecast and met. • Knowledge and compliance with Company Corporate Project Controls procedures. • Knowledge and compliance with Company Code of Conduct. • Actively willing to train and encourage the development of Russian National members of the project controls team.
Требования к кандидату: • Must be proficient in the use of P3 / P3E • Understand and report Earned Value Analysis • Experience of critical path analysis. • Knowledge and experience of working with and interfacing with master integrated programmes. • Good knowledge of Excel and Word • Good understanding of estimating processes and interface with Planning • Knowledge of level 3 CTR estimates and management of the level 4 detailed deliverable would be advantageous. • Experience in linking / Interfacing external data bases to P3 would be an advantage. • Must be flexible and pro-active in approach to work within a small team. • Must be able to lead and direct teams to provide regular progress in accordance with project reporting schedules. • Good communicator to internal and external customers, needs to work with others within a small team • Good oral and written communication (English) • Must be able to take ownership of process and be prepared to drive issues through to a conclusion. • Pro-active Team player • Good influencing and persuasion skills • Ability to analyse and problem solve • Manages and plans own workloads • Conform to the Core Values of Company • 8 - 10 years previous relevant experience • Experience in oil & gas industry, preferably in a multi project environment.
