The Construction Manager will be working with Field Construction Supervisor, HES representatives, the Completions representatives, and Procurement representatives. Duties: Prepare Quality Plans and Procedures as needed; Evaluate and review Quality systems; Co-ordinate and control the review / approval of all Quality documents; Advise RAT (Remedial Action Team) for Quality matters and areas of consern; Identify and document Quality problems and recommend solutions for Quality assurance; Control the Remedial Action proposed by RAT; Monitor the QC activities performed by the Construction team and Contractors; Conduct the audits to identify areas of concern and recommends where improvements are needed.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Control activities in Oil and Gas industry or similar; Engineering Degree or equivalent relevant experience; Good command of English (Supervisor is an expatriate)

Function
• Follow Up and Verify all documentations proposed by the Contractor. • Ensure the storing and confidentiality of the documentation. • Participate to the reception of equipment • Ensures that all activities supervised are performed with the proper degree of safety and environment protection. • Ensures that all activities supervised are performed in respect of Contract, purchase order, change order terms and conditions. • Follow Up and Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings and procedures. • Manage construction (all) interfaces with others: contractors, operations etc ... • Provide necessary input and participate in clarifications, negotiations etc ... • Anticipate potential problems. Analyse and propose corrective actions. • Make necessary arbitration between different disciplines, the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project. • Supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning and assist commissioning activities (organisation, procedures …). • Promote the reporting of incidents and anomalies • Issue in due time Daily report and assist his management for the issuance of the weekly, monthly, final report …) • Participates in meeting related to the area of responsibility ,and when is required to be present . • Contribute to audits of Contractors or Sub-Contractors in co-operation with the QA/QC department. • Liaise and support Vendor / Contractor representative for site survey and work visits. • Maintain good relationships with Contractors, being flexible enough but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the Project.

Position Completion and Well Intervention Engineer
Responsibilities
• Support Wells in the efficient execution of the Well Delivery Process as per the Business Plan. • Responsible for both minor and major value (>$5Mln) contracts • Continual improvement in the process in minimizing both execution duration and cost. Total annual Wells budget is $150 mln, a target cost reduction is 10%. • Minimizing Cost and Oil Deferment by driving the rDtL practices in the department, whilst still ensuring HSE performance and Well Integrity is maintained. • Responsible for well testing, coordination of all well head maintenance and for the Well Integrity databases including all required WI maintenance programs • Evaluation of ideas and translation to economically viable projects that result in the intended improvement within agreed budget. • Development and maintenance of adequate operational procedures for Completion and Intervention Activities • Follow Russian legislation and Company requirements and standards at all times. • Training and development of all staff assigned to work with him.
Qualifications/Experience
• Minimum 10 years experience in oil field environment as an office based Engineer or field Supervisor, in-depth knowledge of well construction and completion process. • Qualified Engineer • Good communication skills are required to respond correctly to verbal and written tasks given in both Russian and English. Requirements: At least 15 years of proven successful record in the following areas: - Construction Management of multi-disciplinary mega-projects of at least 500 million USD preferred in construction of Chemical Plants or Oil Refineries under EPCM and Turnkey contracts. - Experienced in Engineering Management of design, engineering, interface with consultants and technology suppliers and integration/coordination of multidisciplinary systems. - Experienced in Project management including: projects procedure development, scope management, planning and scheduling, cost control and risk management. - Practical experience in Procurement including commercial negotiations with contractors and international equipment suppliers (preferred also in the CIS), expediting and supervision - is a must. - A thorough understanding of Quality Control and Quality issues resolution. - Continuous commitment to HSSE. - B.Sc, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering - M.Sc Engineering and/or MBA (or other Business Administration degrees) are desired. - Graduated from an accredited University - Fluency in English and Russian - Knowledge of following software: MS Project/ Primavera- Scheduling
