Position Project Development Manager
Role purpose The Project Development Manager provides team leadership and dedicated management of the front end development team. This team is responsible for the research, assessment and compilation of Feasibility Reports including design, cost and technical solutions at a feasibility level.

We work with a reputable KZ-EU joint venture Exploration & Production company based in Western Kazakhstan who is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Project Engineer for their expanding operations.
As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be assisting Projects Manager as well as interfacing with other departments on this field modification project.
The Project:
The current project is a Modernisation of an existing oilfield. The modernization will create a field grid consisting of 35Kv, 10Kv and 6Kv distribution levels connected to the 35 Kv national grid. The essential part of the project will be the installation of a new Gas Turbine Power Plant with a 26MW. I will now just detail some more information about the role.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide electrical design expertise to the project team during regulatory design, development of working documentation. • Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, start up and operation of new systems • Coordinate approval and implementation processes with company’s internal users and stakeholders. • Provide technical expertise in project planning, review and project reporting. • Provide engineering support for ad-hoc technical studies as requested. • Assist in identifying potential problem areas and develop processes for optimization. • Coordinate technical matters related to procurement, factory testing, transportation
Main prerequisites:

Operates the drilling controls while observing gauges and other aids to apply proper weight rotation and pressure. Drills hole using good oilfield practice to the required depth. Includes calculating the volume of drilling fluid and required pre-kick estimate of materials needed. Monitors the string in terms of quality performance. Ensures that proper maintenance and handling is observed. Always on the lookout to detect anomalies such as kicks, pressure losses and abnormal torque. Assignment description: Project description: The Aasta Hansteen field is located approximately 300 km west of Bodø on 1300 m water depth in harsh weather conditions. The field development consists of a floating production, storage and offloading(FPSO) platform, with living quarter. The platform hull is a SPAR concept with integrated condensate storage. The condensate will be exported through offloading to shuttle tanker on a regular basis. Rich gas export will be through a new pipeline, Norwegian Sea Gas Infrastructure (NSGI), to Nyhamna, approximately 500 km distance from the Aasta Hansteen field. The Aasta Hansteen topside is an integrated process, utility and living quarter platform. The gas is processed into rich gas for export to Nyhamna, and undergoes dehydration, hydrocarbon dew pointing and export compression prior to export. Condensate knocked out from the gas is stabilized for storage in the hull storage tanks and off-loading to shuttle tanker. Produced water is cleaned and disposed overboard to sea. The platform is self-contained with all utilities including power generation. The Hull is a Spar type with steel catenary risers pulled in to topside through the monopole. The Spar Hull is designed for a total of 16 riser slots, where three initially will be used for production, one will be used for gas export and one slot used for umbilical riser.

• Высшее образование в инженерии / технических отраслях (химия или технология производства); • Не менее 10 лет в нефтегазовой отрасли на береговых арктических производствах; • Минимум 10 лет подтвержденного опыта изучения обработки углеводородов, моделирования процесса и разработка арктических проектов; • 10 лет в проектировании и работе с сероводородными объектами в условиях дефицита требований по безопасности производства; • Опыт технического аудита, обзора и технической реализации проектов в соответствии с местными / национальными и международными стандартами и кодами: строительство установки, проект криогенных установок, проект водонагнетательных установок, переоборудование и модернизация установок, документация подрядчиков; • Знание схем производственных систем, нефтегазовых процессов и объектов, инжиниринг производственных систем; • Знание технологии производства: проектирование производства, моделирование, контроль, процессы переработки нефти и газа, разведка и нефтедобыча, оптимизация / моделирование процесса с использованием программ;
