Position Work Permit Controller (Report to Site Construction HSE Manager)
Function • Administrate and control the work Permit process, avoiding conflict between activities and to record and maintain files of Ongoing, Suspended, Pending and Closed Work Permits. • In close coordination with HSE, construction, operations department, monitors the PTW system and ensure company rules and regulations are enforced. • Assisting Contractors in the preparation of Work Permits as per Company Permit to Work procedure. • Ensure that work requester provides suitable and sufficient auxiliary documents to the permit such as Method Statements, Job Risk Assessment, Lifting Operation Plan, Drawings, sketches and layouts as necessary. Manage the preparation and editing of work permit documents according to the Permit to Work procedure. Consolidate daily Work Permits data and present to Site Management during daily Permit to Work Meeting. • Liaise with HSE Superintendent and SIMOPS Co-ordinator for preparation of Work Permits, defining Safety precautions and attach necessary documents to the permits. • Maintain up-to-date log of all Permit to Work for the project and report monthly statistics to HSE Superintendent to assist PTW audit analysis. • Ensure all closed PTWs are properly signed by designated authorities and that a copy of PTW is kept for one year as per PTW procedure. • Participate in Work Permit audits on site and take corrective measures and actions as necessary. • Organise Permit to Work training to all new comers (as required) and Contractors Permit to Work Signatories and refresher courses on a yearly basis. • Coordinate and supervise all work permit preparation by Phase 3 Contractors during SIMOPS works and liaise with corresponding PTW Controller from Operations and/or Drilling to ensure all required documents are attached. • Assist HSE Superintendents in the control and distribution of PPE to site Phase 3 personnel and updating material in/out status.

Position Warehouse & pipe yard transportation supervisor
Function • Plans, organizes, directs, and controls transportation activities of the designated Company warehouses. Ensures safe transportation of equipment and materials and compliance with the required storage conditions as per the recommendations of the original equipment manufacturers; • Fills out and submits warehouse documents to record material movements such as cargo manifests or waybills; • Prepares and submits required reporting documentation. Function • Administrate and control the work Permit process, avoiding conflict between activities and to record and maintain files of Ongoing, Suspended, Pending and Closed Work Permits. • In close coordination with HSE, construction, operations department, monitors the PTW system and ensure company rules and regulations are enforced. • Assisting Contractors in the preparation of Work Permits as per Company Permit to Work procedure. • Ensure that work requester provides suitable and sufficient auxiliary documents to the permit such as Method Statements, Job Risk Assessment, Lifting Operation Plan, Drawings, sketches and layouts as necessary. Manage the preparation and editing of work permit documents according to the Permit to Work procedure. Consolidate daily Work Permits data and present to Site Management during daily Permit to Work Meeting. • Liaise with HSE Superintendent and SIMOPS Co-ordinator for preparation of Work Permits, defining Safety precautions and attach necessary documents to the permits. • Maintain up-to-date log of all Permit to Work for the project and report monthly statistics to HSE Superintendent to assist PTW audit analysis. • Ensure all closed PTWs are properly signed by designated authorities and that a copy of PTW is kept for one year as per PTW procedure. • Participate in Work Permit audits on site and take corrective measures and actions as necessary. • Organise Permit to Work training to all new comers (as required) and Contractors Permit to Work Signatories and refresher courses on a yearly basis. • Coordinate and supervise all work permit preparation by Phase 3 Contractors during SIMOPS works and liaise with corresponding PTW Controller from Operations and/or Drilling to ensure all required documents are attached. • Assist HSE Superintendents in the control and distribution of PPE to site Phase 3 personnel and updating material in/out status.

General Description
The Document Handover Manager is a high-level position which is responsible for managing the tracking, collecting, and turn-over of As-Built Documentation. He will work closely with ROSTECHNADZOR and other Regulatory Agencies throughout the project to insure smooth Acceptance Commissions within Russia and Kazakhstan. In-depth knowledge of the Rostechnadzor Acceptance Commission Process is crucial.
Key functions:

Обязанности • Содействие в выполнении подрядных работ по МТО (оборудование и материалы) в области логистики для Проекта расширения; • Содействие в обеспечении качественной подготовки и размещения контрактной документации, заказов на поставку и ордеров на изменения; • Содействие в выборе квалифицированных поставщиков услуг в области логистики в Республике Казахстан и в Российской Федерации, подготовка и проведение тендерных процедур; • Документирование системного планирования объемов и сроков отгрузок ТМЦ, их транспортировки, таможенной очистки, приемки на объектах, хранения и передачи в монтаж; • Документирование своевременного получения от поставщиков надлежащим образом оформленной документации на планируемые к перевозке грузы; • Мониторинг наиболее эффективных и экономичных способов грузоперевозок в соответствии с потребностями в поставках; • Минимизация расходов на логистическое обеспечение оборудования и материалов Проекта Расширения; • Обеспечение координации и продвижения экспортной и таможенной документации, документирование своевременной обработки и сверки счетов Подрядчиков по логистике; • Обеспечение контроля за соблюдением Регламентов и Процедур Компании, требований поставщиков при обращении с материалами и оборудованием, в том числе при хранении на базах складирования Подрядчиков по логистике; • Аудит баз складирования, участие в инвентаризациях на базах складирования; • Контроль деятельности Подрядчиков по логистике при исполнении последними обязательств по договору; • Содействие в анализе договорных аспектов существенных изменений, несоответствий в изделиях и материалах, своевременное представление отчетов и рекомендаций по их устранению; • Документирование наличия всех систем управления, необходимых для передачи закупленных ТМЦ подрядчикам по строительству, а также содействие в обеспечении надлежащего оформления установленной документации таким образом, чтобы обеспечить возврат товаров и надлежащее архивирование документации; • Документирование своевременного надлежащего документального оформления потери или порчи грузов во время транспортировки и перевалки, и немедленного оповещения о ней руководства Проекта и страхователя; • В случае необходимости заключения контрактов на авиа- или вертолетные перевозки грузов или персонала Проекта, оказание содействия при подготовке контрактов, тендера, оценки предложений, и последующее сопровождение контрактов; • Документирование процесса «бронирования мест» для пассажиров и грузов; содействие при контроле тому, чтобы стоимость таких контрактов соответствовала утвержденным бюджетам Проекта; • Проверка счетов Подрядчиков по логистике на предмет соответствия объемам выполненных работ и расценкам на эти работы.
