Position: Process Engineer
Responsibility
•The Process Engineer is the key person within a project execution team responsible for all process engineering activities such as: process heat & mass balance; process flow diagrams; process equipment design memorandums, process & instrument diagrams; equipment functional specifications, definitions & data; process control definitions and process safety documentation; •Understand key factors in chemical engineering unit operations especially heat transfer and distillation including running the Hysis simulation tools; •Develop, modify and interpret simulations for any given process as needed in steady state for design, rating, and even optimization purposes; •List the functional requirements for the equipment; •Understand the basic attributes and functional operation of process equipment and machinery; •Assess/ calculate the performance of equipment such as compressors, pumps, warm end cooling equipment, pre-purifiers, expansion turbines, heat exchangers and distillation columns; •Have functional knowledge of plant instrumentation; •Analyze technical problems using first-principles; •Make fact-based decisions to resolve issues in a timely manner; •Gain field experience, assist on start-ups or perform plant operations analysis including process data reconciliation using process simulation software; •Will interact with business and operations groups in proposal preparation, project definition, project execution, commissioning and plant evaluation. This also included interacting with the customer; •Lead process safety efforts including project specific process safety meetings, critical operating parameters, safety checklists and hazard analysis reviews; •Will report to the Engineering Manager for Russia; •Work globally with the other regional skill centres to review and optimize the plant and process. •Controls the Process & Instrumentation document development with input from all team members; •Assembles the Control Item Summary with all of the instrumentation setpoints listed for the P&ID. •Participates in the Advanced Control System Simulations.
Experience •Have a degree in Chemical Engineering and 3 to 5 years experience in the chemical process industry; •Have good knowledge of Russian and English and one major European language is a benefit •PC-competent and have excellent communication skills; •Working in an international environment is a challenge for you and you are prepared to do short assignments abroad; •Have an innovative attitude, are proactive, a self-starter, service-minded and a strong team player.
Position Cost Controller (Position to report: Head of Cost Control)
Function • Work with SALSA software. Check the inputs (Purchase requisitions, Purchase/Service orders, contracts, good receipts, invoices…) in accordance with the established procedures. • Verify the legitimacy of costs and correct cost allocation. • Ensure the preparation of cost control documents: collect, centralize, process and transmit financial information in accordance with the established procedure. • Process data in Salsa (PR, Call-off, GR for services…) in accordance with the existing procedures. • Prepare and comment monthly cost control reports to evaluate the actual costs vs budget for Technical Responsible and Budget Holder. • Organize monthly cost control meetings with the corresponding departments to analyze the operations progress and prepare updates of the Estimated Final Cost (EFC). • Analyse the evolution of results against objectives with identification of the causes of deviation for Management information and Budget update. • Take part in the preparation of yearly budget in accordance with the business plan, and in budget revisions (Closure Forecasts) for the corresponding departments’ delegated budget. • Prepare RFSs in STAR (Head Quarters services). • Prepare monthly Cash Calls for the Departments activities. • Participate in answers preparation (related to DO cost control) during Audits: KPSA audit, Partners audit etc. • Participate in preparation of answers and details for subcommittees (in relation of Budget and actual cost). • Ensure the internal interface with the Accounting team and external interface with the suppliers/providers of services (pending invoices, payments…). • Technically support Budget Control team on request. • Contribute to firmly establish management control and develop a cost-control culture in the Company.
Accountabilities • Roughly 30 contracts per year and 2000 invoices per year. • Ensure transparency and audibility of operations accounting. • Ensure conformity of all Operations costs to the approved cost control procedure. • Ensure correct cost allocation. • Produce, issue and share cost control reports. • Assist in providing correct budgets and cost estimates.

Function • Understand and drive scope definition. • Generate and validate cost models for air separation plants combining, general construction industry data, published material indices and contractor inputs. • Understand general engineering management practices and proposed execution strategies from a standpoint of effectively estimating engineering labor hours. • Understand general industrial (petrochemical) construction practices. • Understand and apply regional differences in fabrication and construction costs, evaluate local contractor labor rates & availability, productivity, market conditions and contractor surveys for use in field construction estimates. • Maintain current cost models and expand historical cost databases. • Maintain price trends and forecasts for commodities, plant equipment, and construction. • Evaluate plant competitiveness through research and analysis of known competitor offerings. • Influence team members and promote ideas and optimization for cost effectiveness. • Develop cost comparisons of offshore prefabrication and onshore field construction of portions of the plant scope. Comparisons include impact of shipping, schedule and tariffs. • Identify project risks and opportunities, effectively estimate contingency. • Conduct detailed materials take-offs from plant design/construction drawings and generates cost estimates for project execution. • Review contractor bid submittals for completeness, correct scope and conformance with project specifications, and participate in contractor bid reviews and contract negotiations. • Generate complete bottoms-up definitive project control cost estimate, including engineering, equipment, construction, transportation and contingency. • Seek out new rules of thumb ratios to generate quick, top-down budgetary high-level estimates under short time constraints. • Interface with, and conduct effective presentations to internal and external customers at all organizational levels. • Validate project execution contractor quotes scope of work and accuracy of the estimate • Review major field change notices contractor quotes • Promote ideas for improvement of design and construction. • Keep current with state of the art estimating tools, practices and concepts. • Provide training and supervision to junior engineers.
Job purpose: • This position coordinates and leads the Cost Estimation / Cost Engineering activities for one or more engineering gas plant projects.
Requirements • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering with minimum 8+ years of experience in process, equipment, construction or design engineering. • Knowledge of industrial capital cost estimating and cost modeling systems is desired, along with familiarity to specific construction and engineering methodologies. • Strong Excel skills are required. • Domestic and International travel is required and can be expected 10 -15% of the time. • Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.

Position Work Permit Controller (Report to Site Construction HSE Manager)
Function • Administrate and control the work Permit process, avoiding conflict between activities and to record and maintain files of Ongoing, Suspended, Pending and Closed Work Permits. • In close coordination with HSE, construction, operations department, monitors the PTW system and ensure company rules and regulations are enforced. • Assisting Contractors in the preparation of Work Permits as per Company Permit to Work procedure. • Ensure that work requester provides suitable and sufficient auxiliary documents to the permit such as Method Statements, Job Risk Assessment, Lifting Operation Plan, Drawings, sketches and layouts as necessary. Manage the preparation and editing of work permit documents according to the Permit to Work procedure. Consolidate daily Work Permits data and present to Site Management during daily Permit to Work Meeting. • Liaise with HSE Superintendent and SIMOPS Co-ordinator for preparation of Work Permits, defining Safety precautions and attach necessary documents to the permits. • Maintain up-to-date log of all Permit to Work for the project and report monthly statistics to HSE Superintendent to assist PTW audit analysis. • Ensure all closed PTWs are properly signed by designated authorities and that a copy of PTW is kept for one year as per PTW procedure. • Participate in Work Permit audits on site and take corrective measures and actions as necessary. • Organise Permit to Work training to all new comers (as required) and Contractors Permit to Work Signatories and refresher courses on a yearly basis. • Coordinate and supervise all work permit preparation by Phase 3 Contractors during SIMOPS works and liaise with corresponding PTW Controller from Operations and/or Drilling to ensure all required documents are attached. • Assist HSE Superintendents in the control and distribution of PPE to site Phase 3 personnel and updating material in/out status.

Минимальный период вахты 2 мес., перерыв 2 недели ( не оплачиваемый). Рабочий день по 9-10 ч, ненормированный, выходные плавающие, но не более 2-3 в месяц.

Проживание обеспечиваем – съемное жилье из расчета 1 чел на комнату, либо отдельная квартира.
Проезд – до Москвы от места проживания и обратно не оплачивается, внутри вахты – оплачивается.
Оформление официальное, трудовой договор заключается двухсторонний, бессрочный ( запись идет инженер или руководитель проекта), запись в ТК по желанию сотрудника.
Для данной должности введен подневной тариф, не оклад, который умножается на количество отработанных дней за месяц + командировочные 300 руб за каждый день.
На испытательный срок зарплата от 60 000 - 70 000 руб. в месяц, после испытания – от 70 000 – 80 000руб. Верхняя планка предусмотрена 100 тыс. руб. ( если есть разговорный английский язык).
Заработная плата перечисляется на пластиковую карту 2 раза в мес – аванс 25 числа текущего месяца и основная зарплата 15 числа в месяц, следующим за отчетным.
Разрешение на работу в РФ оформляется за счет компании.
Отпусков оплачиваемых в компании не предусмотрено ни для одной категории сотрудников. Оплачивается только рабочий период.
