Minimum pre selection Requirements:
Tertiary education Diploma or equivalent
More of 10 years discipline experience incorporating detailed design and operations experience, preferably in complex onshore and oil and gas project
Experience in operation of hydrocarbon facilities with stringent requirements in terms of HSE

• Providing advise and expertise relevant to the main technical issues to be dealt with daily and on long terms basis
• Providing advise and support relevant to International and RoK standards and provisions liaising with PRC and Legal Departments
• Providing expertise on suitability and compliance of documentation with local well-established approach and standards
• Participating actively in meetings with contractors and third parties assisting the Onshore PM & Site Engineering manager
• Reviewing and commenting on documentation produced by third parties ensuring implementation of established procedures and good engineering practice
• Liaising with other Departments [External Industrial Relationships, HSE, etc] in order to collect and provide suitable technical information when necessary
• Performing technical analysis of data and documentation in order to reinforce and substantiate resolutions of PM
• Ensuring appropriate technical support to line managers and Company departments in decision making for any change proposals/requests
• Acting when requested by PM as a focal point for various issues relevant to technical aspects with design institutes, local regulatory authorities, third parties, District Departments, etc.
• Providing suitable support to PM for the development of a suitable agenda relevant to technical issues to be solved daily and on long terms basis
• Collecting data and developing suitable material in order to ensure an effective and exhaustive demonstration of the suitability and reliability of the Onshore Site Team to Partners, Local Authorities and third parties
