International oil and gas company is looking for

Planning Engineer (Civil Infrastructure)

Objectives:

• To coordinate and assist in the management of multi-discipline civil construction projects from front end, detail design, construction, commissioning, hand-over and close-out, within schedule and cost to an acceptable quality.
• Deliver Assigned projects within Budget and schedule.
• Provide clear direction to engineering team, subcontractors and support services of expectations and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scope of work handed over by the client for each assigned project to achieve the specified deliverables.
• Review and Approve cost and schedule estimates for assigned projects.
• Responsible for project reporting and client interface management.
• Maintain and control project changes, utilising the change management protocols.
• Early highlight and resolution of all project issues associated with assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Good general multidisciplinary knowledge
• 15+ years experience (civil infrastructure)
• Skilled in maintaining cost and schedule progress reports
• Skilled in conduction of formal meetings, summarising and close-out pending issues
• English Upper-Intermediate+
