Accountability
This job description describes the general engineering duties required and it should be read in conjunction with the additional information contained within the following sections of this personnel requisition form.
The basic accountability will be to work onshore in the preparation of commissioning procedures and system handover documentation and then to travel to the site location (could be onshore or offshore) and implement the site commissioning activities.
Basic Functions
Support the ConocoPhillips SNS, CNS and EIS Operating Units. The work will involve both offshore activities and onshore activities. During the offshore/onshore site phase the commissioning engineer will be required to supervise technical personnel during the pre commissioning activities and ensure that the plant is ready for live commissioning and handover.
Principal Responsibilities
Working as part of a multi discipline team, supporting projects ongoing on all of the ConocoPhillips North Sea Assets. (Onshore and Offshore)
Delivery of fit for purpose procedures which will facilitate the safe and efficient commissioning of Oil and Gas Processing Equipment.
