Large international O&G Company is looking for
Licensing Manager
Purpose:
To obtain the necessary licenses, permits and certifications in a timely manner in order to meet Russian national legislation requirements and the project schedule.
To develop and implement Company’s overall permitting & regulatory compliance strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
o University Degree in any industry related subfields
o At least 10 years of working experience in oil&gas industry.
o Experience acquired in multi-company is a benefit.
o Not less than 5 years experience on a similar supervisory or managerial position.
Required Competencies:
o Permitting process management
o Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
o Knowledge on relevant national (CIS) legislation (technical regulations, norms and standards are preferred)
o Ability to manage activities in multi-cultural environment
A good command in Russian and English.
