We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.
This position is based in Russia. The Quality Officer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas EPC’s project.
Activities:
• Quality Control (QC) – Formal activities: Planned, notified, witnessed and recorded Site Inspection. The Site Quality Officer has to check that construction activities are done in compliance with the Project Quality Rules and Procedures.
• Work in the quality control department.
• Develop a close collaboration with the internal commercial department (client satisfaction), engineering, production, methods and maintenance (technical problems) or with client organizations and also develop frequent contacts with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Define and implement quality control methods.
• Oversee quality control of raw materials and production methods.
• Assess the quality of subcontractors prior to selection.
• Quality control of subcontractors work.
• Monitor the control of manufacturing processes.
• Monitor efficiency of manufacturing methods.
• Monitor conformance of finished products (project specifications, regulations, norms).
• Diagnose causes of process imperfections and propose improvements.
• Optimize production quality.
• Help define the company’s quality policies.
• Communicate the quality methods and mindset about quality.
• Ensure that company policies are implemented and agreed upon.
• Attend all inspection tests.
• Ensure that employees under your direction are adequately trained on how to execute assigned work.
• Actively participate to the program that supports success of objectives
Context and environment:
• Rotation, 6x4 (in summer); 4x2 (in winter)
Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate Engineer with minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas industry;
Fluent in English (speaking and writing);
Fluent Russian is mandatory;
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
