This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Safety Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Oversee the safety program and initiate steps to improve the safety level;
• Documentation preparation/verification;
• Documentation of Process Safety Information;
• Review and update the safety policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and guidelines;
• Act as liaison between management and outside regulatory agencies in accordance with company policy and statutory guidelines;
• Maintain all weekly, monthly and yearly safety inspections;
• Program audits, reviews, field verification;

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
