Responsibilities
• The project proposal manager works with the business development team to prepare proposals for air separation units.
• You work in close relationship with the plant selector in order to make the best solution for the customer.
• You interface with the product line developers in order to understand product slate and generic costs.
• You assist the Business in acquisition of new projects and providing technical responses.
• You are responsible for determining complete project scope and define project costs, planning and execution.
• You might have project management responsibility for smaller projects.

Requirements
• Engineering degree in Chemical/Mechanical or electrical engineering
• PMI certification is required
• At least 5 years experience in engineering and project management
• Has expertise in project management and a very good understanding of different engineering disciplines.
• Has a good knowledge of specific air separation technologies.
• Strong English communication skills
• Has a high level of enthusiasm / energy.
• Strong organizational skills
• Helicopter view.
• Willingness to frequent travel.
• Excellent communication skills
