Role: 
 Sales Engineer with responsibility to grow market share. Based in Moscow and reporting to the Regional Sales Director a successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of sales experience with a record for continuously achieving on-target sales performance and aggressively seeking new contacts.  Essential: 
 Understand the POG and Petro-chemical industry and have previous sales experience working in country. 
 Job Functions: 
 * Manage and handle key customer accounts 
 * Establish and maintain steady and consistent interface with key personnel for each customer 
 * Provide sales and technical support 
 * Conduct customer sales visits to generate enquiries 
 * Provide training to all customers 
 * Assist in conventional trouble shooting at customers’ sites when required 
 * Coordinate and liaise with sales administration and technical to assist in generating technical and commercial quotations 
 * Coordinate with customers & Agent to handle customer related enquiries and issues 
 * Study all tenders and advise proper bid price levels; negotiate for price agreements 
 * Create and maintain complete customer database 
 * Preparation of monthly reports, budgets and forecasts 
 * Inspecting customer units and making failure analysis at site 
 Language and Education: 
 * Good communication skills in English 
 * Computer literate in MS Office, Excel and Outlook 
 * Background in mechanical engineering or similar field 
 Professional Skills and Experience: 
 * Previous experience within the compressor valve and wear parts industry or with a compressor OEM would be considered a major advantage 
 * 3+ years of professional experience in POG and Petrochemical industry in Russia 
 * Strong technical knowledge of or ability to learn about our clients product portfolio 
 * Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an advantage 
 * Ability to discuss and negotiate at all levels
