This role requires a general knowledge of project management fundamentals and significant relevant major capital project experience. Experience working in a multidiscipline team environment is desired since responsibilities will impact nearly all functional disciplines on the project, including project contractors. Familiarity with Russian construction practices is required to effectively communicate with technical, operations and project control functions on the project team and with contractor representatives outside the team. Ensure that all affected documentation is correctly updated in accordance with project procedures prior to close-out of project interfaces. • Follow – up with project team members on actions necessary to progress contractor interfaces to timely closure • Maintain/manage an action list of issues to be resolved. • Follow and implement safe work practices through personal commitment to an Incident & Injury Free (IIF) culture. • Comply and promote compliance with company and project specific processes and procedures to ensure successful outcomes. • Frequent domestic and foreign travel may be required.
Job Qualifications
• Minimum fifteen (15) years engineering and construction experience in telecommunications, including combined management and engineering level experience. • Experience working in complex multidiscipline projects with EPC contractors in Russia will be a plus. • Systems integration knowledge. These assessments require the ability to conduct geological and geophysical interpretations of subsurface data (e.g. seismic and well logs), evaluation of subsurface risks and uncertainties, development planning, and basic resource/reserve estimates. The Conformance Team Member will form part of the Conformance Team, which forms part of the Quality Department. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for preparation, coordination and facilitation for audits including discussions between Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and capturing minutes at scheduled periodic audits of Contractors, company and Client audits. After each audit, Audit Report with Minutes and Findings from the audits will be generated. The incumbent will also issue Non Conformance reports(NCR) for any observed work activities and documentation which deviate significantly from applicable approved procedures and processes. For all NCR’s generated, these will be reviewed and logged, reported and tracked to completion. Job Responsibilities • Reports directly to the Warehouseman Lead • Actively champions safety • Issues Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports on Contractors Warehousing & Logistics activities • Ensure that material and equipment handling is managed and done by properly authorized, accountable and qualified personnel • Checks construction equipment to make sure they have the proper Certificates for work • Organizes Warehouse audits (physical check of material and paperwork) • Performs surplus disposal for equipment/material that Contractors turn over to Company at the end of the project • Advises Company QC for inspections of Equipment/Material upon arrival • Tracks, drives, checks, and reviews contractually required Material & Warehousing requirements: 1. Acts of Acceptance (receiving and issuing) 2. Preservation of Equipment and Material 3. Receiving Equipment & Material 4. Storing Equipment & Material (in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations) 5. Issuing Equipment & Material 6. Material Logs (Receipts and Issues) 7. Over Short & Damaged (OS&D) 8. Security 9. Tagging, Marking and Packing of incoming materials 10. Spares (Commissioning and 2 yr Operating) 11. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all paints, chemicals, etc. 12. Responsibilities:
Manage / supervise Contractor’s installation of instrumentation and cabling;
Review, advise and concur with Contractor’s work execution planning, releasing / initiating packages of work in keeping with schedule requirements and good construction execution practice; drive completion of work packages/areas/systems in a timely manner;
Review Contractors work, equipment and labor resource planning vis-à-vis schedule, ensuring adequate numbers, condition and capability/competence;

Ensure constructed works conform to IFC design document and specifications;

Requirements:
Minimum ten (10) years previous Construction project experience installing both above ground plant piping and under-ground piping/pipelines, and plant equipment;
