Requirements:
• Higher education, additional qualifications in Material Management activity will be considered as advantage
• extensive experience in warehouse management (min 5 years) in Russian or multi-national company
• excellent leadership & communication skills, experience in management of medium sized teams of 10 - 20 employees
• advanced level of strategic, intercultural and leadership excellence
• comprehensive experiences in major change processes
• professional presentation / facilitation skills
• strongly goal - oriented, initiative, flexible and decision - making ability
• profound foreign language skills in English
• Strong PC Skills, MS Office, Power Point, SAP skills preferred
Responsibilities:
• Apply warehouse practices and general layout to maintain organization and service delivery: Communicate and audit layout changes, Ensure compliance with warehouse design and layout standards, Monitor for consistent service delivery and target improvement areas.
• Perform inventory functions; including receipts, deliveries, inventory counts and issue resolution: Communicate and audit process changes for material control functions, Monitor for compliance to ESG business practices for material control processes, Set-up local warehouse key process indicators.
• Pack and ship materials per instructions and requirements / Assign and delegate shipping functions. Perform periodic audits to ensure effective processing and compliance.
• Perform inventory management functions to optimize material utilization: Monitor the advanced redeployment, material transfer and production order process, Identify savings opportunities to meet inventory scorecard targets, Ensure inventory scorecard targets are met in order to achieve cost savings, Work with PSLs to identify cost savings and obtain PSL agreement that cost savings have been realized, Ensure effective replenishment plans are in place for each PSL.
• Conduct analysis of inventory information to identify, recommend suitable sourcing options and areas of improvement: Monitor the execution of daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements to support business activity and ensure adequate stock levels, Direct junior materials personnel to meet scorecard/target requirements, Utilize advanced reporting tools and the portal to manipulate and analyze data to ascertain areas of opportunity, Develop, implement and track strategies required to meet scorecard targets.
• Display advanced SAP navigation skills in order to access and process standard MM transactions, if SAP skills are available. If not then SAP skills will be obtained via trainings.
• Procurement support. Support related MM procurement processes and intercompany ordering to ensure the accuracy and completion of good receipts transactions.
• Ensure the existence of local end to end documented processes. Ensure the adherence of local end to end processes. Ensure warehouse personnel are suitably trained in end to end processes.
• Comply with HSE requirements, processes and training to minimize physical and/or property damage. Ensure all staff attend monthly Safety Meetings and/ or Toolbox talks. Ensure all personnel have access to relevant safety equipment and relevant documentation. Ensure all relevant personnel have attended safety training sessions. Carries out regular safety audits to ensure compliance.
• Champion compliance within Warehouse by supporting required training and communicating compliance expectations. Monitor and ensure all employees in Warehouse are compliant.
