Coordinates and performs Project training programs:
•Implements all Trainings as listed in the project’s “Training matrix” from CONTRACTOR’s Training procedure, and issues each week officially to SUBCONTRACTORs the Training schedule for the next two weeks . •Organizes for additional Training as required depending on the Site actual needs •Hands-over to all new Site staff (CONTRACTOR+SUBCONTRACTOR) their “Site HSE Passport” during the induction session, as well as the training matrix showing what trainings to be undertaken Vs. field position •Manages the HSE Passport system, keeps statistics of attendance to the specific Trainings required, and alerts both the relevant SUBCONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR’s Technical Safety Manager in case of non attendance of project employees to the requested trainings •Organizes the Training schedules for optimizing the completion of all required trainings in the best timeframe •Insures that all tools&equipments necessary for CONTRACTOR’s Training performance are available.
Requirements:
•Higher education •+10 Relevant experience including minimum 3 years as Training Coordinator in the Construction field of activity •Excellent knowledge of HSE standards •Fluent english.
