A large international company looking for professionals to one of the biggest oil\gas project in Russia and invites candidates for Senior Instrument Engineer position. Accountabilities: Development of Maintenance Strategies and Procedures for Facilities in compliance with Russian Regulations and company Standards; Preparation of SAP Maintenance Programs, Maintenance Programs and a contingency for Corrective Maintenance; Review the Quality of Execution of ISC maintenance activities: Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and Corrective Maintenance, effectively controlling cost of Maintenance; Develop detailed ISC equipment Inspection and Testing Procedures; Development of Safeguarding Procedures; Negotiate Maintenance Contracts for ISC Systems; Maintain Technical Interfaces and Supervision of Manufacturers, Contractors; Monitor Spare Parts and Material Purchase; Carry out Troubleshooting / Inspection, Corrective Maintenance plans and detailed schedules; Review Engineering Design proposals, Studies, drawings and documentation; Provision of technical support for Commissioning activities of ISC System Upgrade Projects; Provide Competency Assessment, Staff Mentoring, On the Job Training (OJT) of maintenance engineers and technicians.
Requirements: Qualification in Instrumentation and/or Control Engineering; 7+ years of extensive hands on experience \practical work per the specialty (pneumatic, electronic, digital, PLC, DCS, F&G) in oil\gas production; English – from intermediate level (oral, written, technical); a sound knowledge of the Maintenance, Engineering, Construction and Commissioning processes, Maintenance Strategies, Procedures and Practices; working knowledge of RF and International Standards.
