A large oil and gas company is looking for highly professional individual for Quality Assurance Manager position.
Work location: Sakhalin island, permanent (relocation to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk)
Reporting line: Project Engineering Manager
Requirements:
-Higher engineering education
-Professional experience 2 years minimum in the same role, Oil & Gas Industry Safety + Quality Management
-7-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry especially participation in oil and gas development projects
-Proficient knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 system requirements, Quality Control Procedures and Processes, Risk based processes
-Quality Auditor certification
-Knowledge of Russian Regulatory requirements, legislative and regulatory legal acts; systems, methods & engineering supervision tools; requirements and technical standards applicable in the oil & gas industry; certification procedure of work and services; guidelines on development and execution of technical documentation; economics and its development prospects, labour and production organization; fundamentals of labour legislation; HSES standards
-Spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
-To devise and implement a Quality Management System that assures copmany policies, objectives, targets and standards are met. Liase with Corporate QA and others for advice, information and guidance
-To develop annual QA plans, QA audits/review plan, conduct, monitor/report on execution and follow-up or resulting recommendations
-To develop Inspection and Test Plans, QC check sheets, Technical Integrity Verification Plans and monitor implementation of plans
-To review Contractor QC check sheets, Inspection and Test Plans for compliance
-Technical line responsibility for management of the 3rd Party Inspection Contract for compliance with Russian statutory and company requirements
-To provide QA advice and input in detail design and installation engineering
