One of the largest Sakhalin companies, sharing in oil&gas projects, is looking for specialist for Project Manager position.
Requirements for candidates are the following:
• Us, Canada, UK or South Africa preferred
• Past experience working with Exxon and Fluor highly preferred
• BSCE or comparable degree in Civil Construction,
• Strong Construction background, in particular Pile Driving for both Sheet and Steel piles. At least a minimum 10 years direct experience is needed.
• Managed projects in the $100M size with a staff 100 employees before
• Project Management skills including knowledge of Primavera scheduling, cost control analysis, and Earned Value Management measurement
• International Skills - Candidate should have worked overseas before.
• Performing civil construction work in cold extremes (Alaska, Siberia, Canada, etc.) and understanding the problems and pitfalls of -40C weather
