Function
• Take part in elaborating the production & injection program;
• Daily reporting on production issues (production/injection shortfalls identification and calculations, program, process parameters, wells parameters);
• Propose and follow-up indicators for oil production and wells and for injection and gas / water wells;
• Define the tools required to optimize the operations of wells and facilities;
• Define tools and method to carry out a follow-up of special equipment dedicated to production (ESP…);
• Assist Production personnel in solving operational issues;
• Follow up production and injection well activities, including well testing;
• Ensure of the proper integration of well operations in field activities to minimize impact on production and optimization of well productivity;
• Lead the definition of chemicals injection program, with a view to optimize the quality of the export oil;
• Ensure assistance for implementation of methods for operating the installations and optimizing wells and installations;
• Act as Head of Laboratory, contact a contracted laboratory for the issues related to the routine/non-routine chemical analysis;
• Scraping operations planning elaboration/result analysis and schedule optimisation (including permit to work preparation);
• Ensure that HSE policy, frame of reference are adhered to.
Requirements
• Work experience in production 1-5 years;
• Degree in Petroleum Engineering;
• Additional education on operational safety, well operations, reservoir, process;
• Fluent in English;
• Adaptivity and ability to work in an international environment.
