Position - Operations Manager (Drilling Technologies)
Location - Samara Duties:
Manages the operations of a district or product/service system. May be responsible for lower level P&L. Responsibilities may include employee management and development, inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, HSE, quality, training, planning and budget management. Handles special projects, as assigned
In the beginning there will be more business development/sales responsibility than operations running/follow-up
Requirements:
Russian Citizen
Bachelors Degree or educational equivalent.
5 years of relevant experience in field and operations
Fluency in English
