A large oil and gas company is looking for candidates for Offshore Control and Automation Engineer position.
Work location: Sakhalin island offshore, permanent contract
Work schedule: rotation 28\28 days
Reporting line: Maintenance Team Leader
General Requirements:
-Higher professional education in Control Automation & Electronics, specialized secondary education in Oil/Gas /Turbines + professional trainings
-Experience of work under specialty 5-7+years
Professional Skills and Competencies:
-Gas Turbines. Siemens /Alstom Turbines (Alstom core engine management system Typhoon, Tornado)
-Honeywell C200, Experion PKS R311, FSC Navigator 704; Allen Bradley Control Logix, RSLogix 500/5000. Micro Logix ,HMI; Bently Newada 3300/3500
-Network and Protocols: Industrial Ethernet based on Honeywell FTE network equipment CISCO( Fire Wall, Switches). Control Net based on Honeywell and Allen Bradley controllers. DH+ protocol;
-Mod Bus protocols. Fieldbus protocol. HART protocol based on Honeywell FDM. OPC based on the Honeywell architecture
-Develop ergonomic schematic, User interfaces based on the Honeywell , Siemens, Allen Bradley software
-To be knowledge with C,C++,VBA languages , COM/DCOM,OBDC technology
Responsibilities:
-Ensure that any work carried out on all control systems & instrumentation is authorised and only performed by personnel who are fully familiar with the systems
-Ensure any temporary or permanent changes to all control systems are correctly authorised, recorded and adheres to the company approved procedures
-Assist and support the CCR Operators to identify causes of plant & platform trips; during start-up and high activity in the CCR; in ensuring that all overrides / inhibits are recorded and have the correct level of authorization
-Complete preventative and corrective work associated with all control systems as required by the maintenance plan; work history record keeping(in the SAP)
-Ensure back-ups of all control systems are performed on a regular basis and are correctly stored in the assigned location
-Ensure all test and calibration equipment is maintain and correctly calibrated to the required standards
-Provide daily activities report, report any defects or deviations
-Assist commissioning and HUC team with new projects and control system interfaces on new equipment being installed
-HSE responsibilities etc.
