Key job responsibilities:
• Develop and implement company’s policies and procedures
• Implement improvements in all areas of IT responsibility
• Serve as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned
• Respond/act on upper-management direction
• Assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure
• Support company policies
• Implement network security at the regional level
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure
• Administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for the company
• Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and provides expert support when necessary
• Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products
• Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level
• Participate in IT related budgeting planning
• Ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly
Qualifications/experience required:
• Minimum 5 year of relevant experience (with international companies preferably)
• University degree in information technology, engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a field closely related to the nature of the position
• Working experience in the following disciplines: installing/troubleshooting networks, architectures, protocols, IT hardware and software systems
• Working experience with 1C and Oracle
• Ability to travel to different locations within the Russia (about 50 % of time)
• Fluent English
