Responsibilities:
Leads and manages the division which includes the following activities:
Production
Development
Exploration
Operations
Finance
Personnel
Legal
Health, Safety & Environmental
Functions:
Develop company plan for oil and gas production and ensure fulfillment of the Company plan
Establish and manage the Company budget and provide regular reporting as described by Company standards.
Manage Company to industry competitive standards that compares favorably to industry benchmarks
Organize and lead work of field development and production growth.works on evaluation, analysis, and well and surface equipment modeling including systems of mechanized production and well completion to determine the possibilities of maximisation of production.
Provide direction and facilitate organizational collaboration to support production and and field development.
Determines development perspectives of Company in the field of oil and gas production technology. Determine the most important and urgent tasks and the ways of their fulfillment.
Put in place an appropriate program of Safety and Environmental Protection.
Technical Skills:
Good understanding of business finance
Basic understanding of Russian oil & gas legal standards and requirements
Personnel standards and regulations
Hydrocarbon production principals
Reservoir maintenance and waterflooding
Reservoir / wellbore interface knowledge
Well design, completions, -repair, -services and wellheads.
Pipeline systems including different types of services.
Hydrocarbon treatment systems
Export and fiscalisation
Operating specifications, procedures, instructions, etc.
Maintenance engineering techniques.
Capital and operating budgeting, including expenditure control methods
Production system modeling
HSE analysis
