KEY TASKS Manage business operations and sales activities within the assigned region (Russia & CIS). Develop and execute effective tactical sales strategy in order to maximize the sales revenue. Renew and grow relationships with existing accounts and distributors. Be responsible for P&L and planning. Implement strategic initiatives to diversify client portfolio and improve the customer service processes. Lead and motivate the team.
BACKGROUND Technical or Sales background in Chemicals in Midstream or Downstream industries. Deep knowledge of Midstream and Downstream Chemicals. Strong understanding of the customer base in Russia. Excellent knowledge of the key market players and their products. P&L responsibility and managerial experience is a strong plus. Strong strategic thinking, results driven, solution based approach. Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English.
