This position will be based in Krasnoyarsk or Irkutsk.

RESPONSIBILITIES Execute the tactical sales strategy within the Eastern Siberia region. Drive strategic partnerships with key clients. Achieve agreed sales targets and growth within identified clients. Ensure business growth and increased revenue, directing and managing sales activities.
BACKGROUND Proven track record in Drill Bits/Drilling sales in the Eastern Siberia region. Excellent understanding of the key market players. Experienced negotiator with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. Superior leadership skills, ability to manage and lead cross-functional project teams. Knowledge of English is a big plus.
