RESPONSIBILITIES Execute the tactical sales strategy within the assigned region. Achieve agreed sales targets and growth within identified clients. Ensure business growth and increased revenue, directing and managing sales activities. Drive strategic partnerships with key clients. Provide expertise and input to negotiations to secure key opportunities.
BACKGROUND Higher degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in Downstream Chemicals, in sales/account management/business development roles or customer-facing roles in field service operations or technical support. Proven track record in sales revenue generation. Excellent knowledge of the Downstream business. Understanding of the market in Russia and CIS countries. Experienced negotiator with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. Superior leadership skills, ability to effectively manage project teams. Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English.
