ABOUT THE JOB Engine provides recruitment solutions to the industrial sector companies. Right now we are looking for Business Development Manager for our client, one of the leading global suppliers of power solutions.
This is a permanent position based in Baku, Azerbaijan. Only applicants who reside in Azerbaijan will be considered. Work permit and visa sponsorship are not available for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES Attract new customers for the generation of day to day sales/marketing functions and project sales. Determine new market initiatives, competitive pricing and business forecasting. Gain deep knowledge of the marketplace and upcoming opportunities. Meet revenue and profit goals for the assigned region.
BACKGROUND Higher technical degree. 3+ years of experience in sales/account management/business development roles or customer-facing roles in field service operations or technical support in international industrial companies providing services to oil & gas sector. Availability to travel when required within Azerbaijan and Eurasia and to the client’s sites. Knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferable. Drive for results, high energy. Strong commitment to corporate compliance and anti-bribery regulations. Fluent written and spoken English.
