A large oil and gas company is looking for professionals in Electrical Engineering and Maintenance and invites candidates for position of Electrical Engineer \ Team Leader.
Work location: Sakhalin island, rotation 28\28 days
Number of subordinates-20
Requirements:
-Higher education in Power Supply \ Electrical Engineering, additional professional trainings and certification
-Relevant experience in heavy industry, oil and gas production & refining industry, chemical and power supply and transmission 6+ years
-Knowledge of regulatory documentation and norms on operation and repair of electrical installations and electrical equipment; technical specifications, design features, operating duties and operating procedures of electrical installations and electrical equipment
-Knowledge of system of planned preventive maintenance and rational organization of electrical installations and electrical equipment; methods of installation, setting up, adjustment and repair of power facilities and electrical equipment; rules for transfer of electrical equipment for repair and acceptance after repair
-Advanced experience in operation and repair of electrical installations and electrical equipment
-Knowledge of fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labour and industrial safety management; rules and norms of fire safety
-English knowledge (oral &written)
Responsibilities:
-Manage Process Facilities Electrical Maintenance department to achieve: save operation, high degree of reliability, effective management of assets, ensuring maintenance personnel are properly trained; electrical maintenance procedures are in place and followed; required internal and regulatory records are accurately maintained; availability and correct record keeping of spares and consumables
-Participate in continuous improvement programs in the search for operations excellence
-Supervise subordinates and maintenance and modernization services contractors services in execution of all electrical maintenance activities
-Interact with state supervision and control authorities in respect of electrical disciplines
-Take immediate measures towards elimination of equipment failures
-Assist with the diagnosis and resolution of maintenance or operational problems; participate in studies on maintenance aimed at risk reduction, studies and analysis of the main causes of failures, etc.;
-Execute relevant activities of HSE Plans; undertake emergency response as part of a Non-professional Emergency Response Team
