Foreign company in Khabarovsk is looking for a specialist for the position of Deputy HSE Manager to work on Khabarovsk oil refinery plant.
Requirements: Profound knowledge of Russian HSE laws and regulations; 5-10 years of working experience in the sphere of HSE; Good command of English; HSE work experience in construction (refinery plants would be an advantage); Experience of dealing with authorities (especially with Rostekhnadzor); Knowledge of steel structures and pipelines fabrication and installation process in relation to necessary HSE documentation preparation.
Responsibilities: Dealing with safety matters as per Russian laws and standards; Supervise a team of 10-12 specialists; Prepare HSE documentation necessary for steel structures and pipelines fabrication and installation; Work with documentation for Rostekhnadzor and directly with Rostekhnadzor representatives.
Conditions: Permanent work (not rotation!); Relocation may be considered (housing is paid).
