Our client, a large production company, is looking for Construction specialist in St.-Peterburg.
- Supervise and coordinate the Design Engineering Documentation Contractors and Sub-Contractors for all fields related to the Organization of Construction of onshore objects. - Check the documents developed by the Contractors, Sub-Contractors and timely give comments and/or approval, in accordance with the Project procedures and requirements. - Ensure that Project design specifications and standards are applied, within defined RF norms to be used - Ensure the Contractors’ and Sub-Contractors resources and organization are adequate for achieving the discipline engineering works. - Liaise with all stakeholders on the discipline philosophies and requirements and ensure the project needs are met. Manage all interface issues relating to discipline. - Ensure that Russian Federation design rules are respected, identify potential gap remaining and participate in the finalization of the project Standards - Participate in EPC tender clarifications
REQUIREMENTS - Graduated Engineer with 7-15 years experience in construction and start-up, approvals related to large oil and gas projects. - Design stages of projects in the Oil & Gas industry. - Fluent English
