Обязанности: • ответственность за управление персоналом завода и техническими специалистами/консультантами группы, включая передачу полномочий, постановку задач и целей, оценку персонала, составление планов развития и обучения персонала; • работа в составе группы по ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций с выполнением задач, порученных данному сотруднику; • разработка, внедрение, контроль, предоставление отчетов и проведение проверок годовых планов ОТОС на заводе; • координация, инструктаж, содействие и поддержка в разработке, внедрении и пересмотре методов политики, стратегий, процедур и нормативов в сфере ОТОС на заводе в соответствии с законодательством РФ, стандартами компании и обязательствами перед кредиторами/планами действий по ОТОС; • использование методик подхода «Сердца и умы» для укрепления культуры безопасности на заводе; управление культурой безопасных работ на заводе; • руководство работами по ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций на трубопроводах, включая работы по ликвидации аварийных разливов нефти на территории, подконтрольной заводу; взаимодействие с отделом эксплуатации трубопроводов и контроль за обеспечением соответствующей дополнительной поддержки со стороны обоих отделов в случае необходимости; • оказание помощи корпоративной группе по ОТОС в контроле и мониторинге различных вопросов с целью выполнения задач и достижения целей и запланированных показателей деятельности в рамках всей компании компании; координация их внедрения на заводе; • эффективное взаимодействие с предприятиями отрасли и РФ (Российской Федерации), а также с российскими правительственными организациями и учреждениями с целью соблюдения федеральных и местных норм и правил; урегулирование проблемных ситуаций при необходимости; • участие и руководство проведением проверок ОТОС, указанных в плане аудита компании; • соблюдение утвержденных процедур для обеспечения высокой эффективности аудита; • регулярное проведение инспектирования объектов с целью обеспечения соблюдения требований техники безопасности и участие в контрольных обходах с целью выявления опасных факторов на объектах завода; • проведение совещаний по ОТОСБ, консультирование сотрудников, занятых эксплуатацией и техническим обслуживанием, а также постоянное информирование менеджера по производству обо всех аспектах техники безопасности; • координирование своих действий с работой начальников смен с целью обеспечения соответствия всего используемого оборудования требованиям безопасности и стандартам качества; • достижение соответствующих показателей в сфере ОТОС, проведение статистических подсчетов и составление отчетов для контроля хода выполнения работ и результатов, с учетом рабочих часов, регистрируемых происшествий, происшествий, приводящих к ограничению трудоспособности, происшествий с временной потерей трудоспособности, случаев оказания первой помощи и происшествий без последствий; • руководство и контроль за проведением мероприятий процесса управления рисками и последствиями, участие в выявлении эксплуатационных опасностей; • составление плана ЛПЧС и проведение учебных мероприятий по данному плану; • при необходимости, взаимодействие с контролирующими органами Российской Федерации • соблюдение требований процедур управления вопросами ОТОС подрядчиков;
Требования: • образование высшее (техническое); • разговорный английский; • от 7-ми лет опыта по профилю.

• разработка стратегии и процедуры технического обслуживания средств автоматизации, контрольно-измерительных приборов и систем управления в соответствии с требованиями норм и правил действующих в РФ и корпоративных стандартов, принятых Компанией; • обеспечение, внедрение утвержденных стратегий и процедур на уровне объектов Компании; • своевременное пересматривание вышеупомянутых стратегий и процедур, с целью постоянного улучшения и соответствия современным техническим требованиям; • участие в подготовке программ и планов технического обслуживания в компьютеризованной системе управления производством (SAP), включая сезонные и разовые мероприятия в порядке обеспечения технической целостности, надежной и безопасной работы технологических объектов Компании; • определение потребностей в запасных частях и расходных материалах необходимы для надежной эксплуатации средств автоматизации, контрольно-измерительных приборов и систем управления производственных объектов Компании и подготавливает список по материалам; • постоянное доведение до обслуживающего и ремонтного персонала производственных подразделений Компании требования к уровню технического обслуживания соответствующего высшим мировым стандартам; • участие в разработке годовых финансовых планов и бюджетов, необходимых для выполнения программ плановых ТО с учетом возможных внеплановых ремонтов; • обеспечение эффективного контроля над процессом обеспечения производства материалами запасными частями; • проведение расследований и случаев технической неисправности и отказов оборудования и подготавливать детальные планы их устранения, включая перечни запчастей и оценку трудозатрат.

Обязанности: • Разрабатывает стратегии и процедуры технического обслуживания электроустановок и электрического оборудования компании в соответствии с требованиями норм и правил действующих в РФ и корпоративных стандартов, принятых компанией; • обеспечивает внедрение утвержденных стратегий и процедур на уровне предприятий компании; • своевременно пересматривает вышеупомянутые стратегии и процедуры, с целью постоянного улучшения и соответствия современным техническим требованиям; • участвует в подготовке программ и планов технического обслуживания в компьютеризованной системе управления производством (SAP), включая сезонные и разовые мероприятия в порядке обеспечения технической целостности, надежной и безопасной работы технологических объектов компании; • определяет потребность в запасных частях и расходных материалах необходимых для надежной эксплуатации электроустановок и электрического оборудования производственных объектов компании и и размещает заявки на каталогизацию новых материалов в системе SAP; • обеспечивает техническую поддержку отделу закупок и контрактов при решении вопросов, требующих корректировки либо уточнения характеристик оборудования и свойств материалов закупаемых у производителей; • контролирует, что качество выполнения программ планово-предупредительного обслуживания, инспекций и ремонтов соответствует высшим мировым стандартам; • участвует в разработке годовых финансовых планов и бюджетов, необходимых для выполнения программ плановых ТО с учетом возможных внеплановых ремонтов; • обеспечивает эффективный контроль над процессом обеспечения производства материалами запасными частями. Организует контроль над своевременными заявками запасных частей в SAP и заблаговременной их закупкой и поставкой.
