Main Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the activities of the Instrumental specialist CIA, CLC, CCS. · To field check the DAC and prepare relevant Commissioning punch list, following the CME instructions. · Review the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures for all installations under his responsibilities (field instrumentation, plant control systems, fire and gas units, on line analyzers). · Develop new or review the existing inspection forms for the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities pertaining to Instrumentation activities. · Monitor and ensure the activities are carried out as per schedule and in accordance with the procedures and requirements. · Coordinate with other disciplines like process, machinery, electrical for the smooth completion of the activities. · Ensure all safety rules are in force and are followed in field. · Report and update on the progress of the activities. · Suggest to the Commissioning Manager the needs for mobilization of Vendors specialists. Supervise the works of vendors’ specialists and ensure their efficient utilization. · In charge for: On going maintenance (planned and corrective maintenance on Plant Units already in Operation) in accordance with Commissioning Superintendent (CST) priorities Expediting of pending Punch List Items in accordance with Commissioning Superintendent (CST) priorities; Coordination and supervision of Construction support activities during the performance of the pre-commissioning, commissioning activities.

Main Responsibilities:
· Prepare and finalize the commissioning strategy of the project and assure his implementation throughout the entire project life. For specific topic, such as planning, involving high level of expertise, the Commissioning Manager operates in co-ordination with the Construction Manager and Planner Coordinator/Manager; · Assure the preparation of the project deliverables, their consistency with contract requirements and their quality through a dedicated team, regardless the location and distribution of the engineering centers in charge of the development of such documents; · Assure the compliance of the assigned budget; · Participate to project review meetings, hazop and constructability studies and 3D model review; · Interface Engineering Departments, Client and Vendors representatives in the execution of the job; · Finalize the field activities plan, the organization chart, the mobilization plan for personnel and vendors; · Assign and define duties among the discipline Supervisors for supporting the Vendor field supervisor(s). · Organize and co-ordinate all site activities, from pre-commissioning up to the performance test, as requested in the contract; · Accept the DAC issued from Construction once checked by Commissioning Engineers and completed with Commissioning punch list; · Propose corrective actions in order to overcome upset and delays at site in order to fulfill the overall target of the project; · Organize the technical training according to Department standards and Company requirement; · Coordinate with the Project HSSE Manager for the Pre Start Up HSSE Survey; · Develop and foster working relationship with Company Project Management in order to enable a seamless handover. · Participate to the Performance test either Vendor packaged units or Plant units where required; · Approve the Vendor supplied items (packages) Provisional Acceptance Certificate prior to Site Manager for formal acceptance. As a member of the department the duties of the Commissioning Manager are: · To provide the Commissioning Final Report that includes all observations related to the project concerning organization, manpower and technical aspects; · To provide feedback to the Head of Department concerning problems arising from the implementation of methodology and work instructions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department; organize the most important observations in the form of instructions for improvements; · To provide feedback to the Engineering Managers (PEM, PM) concerning the technical problems arising in field during the execution of activities, either related to design, quality of material, Vendor packaged units, Vendor assistance and quality of construction.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll manage all operations associated with the well, including:
- planning & scheduling
- resource allocation
- cost control
- clear & concise reporting of all well site activities and events
You will optimize operational performance through the rigorous implementation of the DtL (Deliver-the-Limit) process without compromising HSE, well integrity or the integrity of the drilling unit.
Defining well control criteria, maintaining well control and executing well kill operations
Programming and executing well drilling, workover, completion and abandonment operations
Managing the HSE aspects in relation to well activities by using industry standard HSE risk identification and mitigation tools
Designing drill-string and bottom-hole assemblies and selecting drill bits
Requirements
To be successful in your application, you will need to:
- possess at least a higher education Diploma (eg. HND or equivalent) but preferably a Bachelors Degree or higher in a technical or engineering subject
- have significant overall experience of well engineering / drilling activities with proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor. Experience in leadership and operations supervision, in particular with respect to HSE awareness and management is a must.
- be IWCF Certified
- have good knowledge of well analysis software
Experience in specialist areas such as HP / HT and, or Under-balanced Drilling and, or Extended Reach Drilling environments will be an advantage.

Functions:
2.1. Arrange for or conduct training in maintenance standards, procedures, and instructions adopted in the Company for the Company’s personnel related to maintenance of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems; 2.4. Arrange for performance of operational analysis of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems equipment at the immediate supervisor’s request. 2.12. Arrange for preparation of spare parts lists required for performance of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems maintenance. 2.13. Execute control over the compliance with the approved rules / requirements of safety rules, maintenance instructions and procedures, job and production instructions. 2.14. Execute compliance with the directives of the state supervision authorities, technical inspectors, labour safety service employees, labour safety orders and instructions. 2.15. Execute control over efficient usage of spare parts, materials, and tools, compliance with the established stock standards and limits. 2.16. Arrange for and conduct meetings on technical and organizational issues with contractor organizations employed in APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems maintenance, design, and construction pursuant to contracts signed. 2.17. Maintain independent correspondence with structural subdivisions of the Company subject to applicable procedure, as well as with other organizations on the issues within his/her competence. 2.18. Act as the representative of the Company, following assignment by the management team, in superior and other bodies in the course of reviewing the issues of automation, telecontrol, and computing equipment status, operation, and maintenance. 2.19. Control development of Instrumentation and Control equipment list as well as loading this list into SAP. 2.20. Control development of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems operation and maintenance manuals. 2.21. • To provide geological support for drilling operations e.g. casing and coring points picking up, swellable packers depth, drilling hazards notification, cuttings and core description, HC shows analysis. • To train Wellsite Junior Geologists in field of geology, logging interpretation basics” and “Coaching and supporting MFA’s” QA/QC and support of logging operations (PEX, XPT, SuperCombo, etc.). • To produce a preliminary interpretation of logging data at the well site and reporting. • To review and report all problems through the After Action Review process • To do the Daily geological reporting; to perform the Weekly QA/QC of mudlogging services • To produce a Winlog composite well log issued from spud till end of Conductor section and after TD. To update Winlog with all necessary data (survey details, mud parameters, drilling parameters, logging field data, lithological data); Composite log and Well file 2 days after cementing • To collect information for End of Well Reports from spud to first oil. • To be the well site representative for PLT, CBL and perforation correlation jobs. • To perform core operations. To report the results once core operations are finished.
Requirements:

OPERATION • Promote safe handling and lifting operation reference Company HSE policy and International standards • Assess handling and lifting organisation in the affiliate • Review calculations for critical lifts • Review & approve critical lifting plans • Attend Critical lifts (monitoring and supervision) • Perform condition and suitability checks on lifting appliances and CCU’s • Evaluate utilization of lifting and handling equipment • Provide lifting and handling expertise and advise RSES • Conduct annual reviews on affiliate handling and lifting operations (including organisation and procedures) • Participate in all handling & lifting audits in the affiliate • Report HIPO and incidents to HQ • Assist in handling and lifting investigations • Regular communication and feedback with CPLO HQ
PERSONNEL • Assessment of personnel competence and proposal for improvement of competence of personnel involved in handling and lifting operations • Participate in training plan development • Train, coach and mentor personnel where necessary
DOCUMENTATION • Review system and standard of equipment maintenance (including suitability, effectiveness and cost effectiveness) • Develop & maintain affiliate handling and lifting procedures • Ensure application, communication and understanding of handling and lifting procedures • Contribute from experience via REX • Reports
Qualifications / experience required
• Minimum 10 Years in lifting & Handling at supervisory / management level • Technical Engineer and / or • Industry related qualifications such as LEEA / EAL / CPA etc. • Broad and extensive knowledge in handling & lifting appliance & operations • Working to International standards such as: BS, LOLER, NORSOK etc! • Experienced in Oil & Gas Industry • Worked in onshore & offshore operations • Have working profile such as: Rigger Rigger Foreman Rigging Supervisor Lifting Supervisor Lifting Superintendant • Review of calculations for all types of lifts • Risk assessment in relation to health, safety & environment • Supervision of critical lifts • Planning of critical and non-critical lifts • Assessment of personnel competence for handling and lifting operations • Experience in training and coaching is preferred • Lifting equipment inspector for: • General Lifting Equipment • All types of Cranes (onshore & offshore) • Containers & CCU’s • Forklift trucks and stackers • Winches and powered hoists • Overhead travelling cranes, runway beams and swing jibs • Wire rope inspector • Competence Assessor • Fluent English
