Functions:
2.1. Develop and arrange for issuance and implementation of the required regulatory documents (instructions, procedures) for performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance, safe and intelligent operation of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems; 2.3. Conduct review of requests for changes in the existing process automation design. Prepare the resolution on introducing the changes. Arrange for introduction of changes using available funding sources. Monitor changes being carried out. Perform design supervision following introduction of changes. 2.10. Monitor changes in process automation designs whilst executing all coordination required by the RF regulator documents. Jointly with Industrial and Labour Safety Team, Fire Safety Team, execute development of instructions and actions for ensuring safe labour conditions in the course of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems operation. 2.11. Arrange for performance of operational analysis of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems equipment at the immediate supervisor’s request. 2.12. Arrange for preparation of spare parts lists required for performance of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems maintenance. 2.13. Execute control over the compliance with the approved rules / requirements of safety rules, maintenance instructions and procedures, job and production instructions. 2.14. Execute compliance with the directives of the state supervision authorities, technical inspectors, labour safety service employees, labour safety orders and instructions. 2.15. Execute control over efficient usage of spare parts, materials, and tools, compliance with the established stock standards and limits. 2.16. Arrange for and conduct meetings on technical and organizational issues with contractor organizations employed in APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems maintenance, design, and construction pursuant to contracts signed. 2.17. Maintain independent correspondence with structural subdivisions of the Company subject to applicable procedure, as well as with other organizations on the issues within his/her competence. 2.18. Act as the representative of the Company, following assignment by the management team, in superior and other bodies in the course of reviewing the issues of automation, telecontrol, and computing equipment status, operation, and maintenance. 2.19. Control development of Instrumentation and Control equipment list as well as loading this list into SAP. 2.20. Control development of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems operation and maintenance manuals. 2.21. Develop scopes of work for contracting APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems maintenance. 2.22. Interact, subject to applicable procedure, with other divisions, teams, and departments on issues related to performance of his/her employment duties. 2.23. Submit proposals on altering and amending this instruction, on altering the structure and staff employed in APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems maintenance. 2.24. Review and approve requests for making technical changes and modifications in APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems. 2.25. Review requests for deviation from design and rated conditions in APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems. 2.26. Arrange for and control execution of actions to ensure Information Security in the APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems soft- and hardware suite. 2.27. Arrange for execution of APCS, CMCS, data acquisition and storage systems modification, expansion, major repair.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll manage all operations associated with the well, including:
- planning & scheduling
- resource allocation
- cost control
- clear & concise reporting of all well site activities and events
You will optimize operational performance through the rigorous implementation of the DtL (Deliver-the-Limit) process without compromising HSE, well integrity or the integrity of the drilling unit.
Defining well control criteria, maintaining well control and executing well kill operations
Programming and executing well drilling, workover, completion and abandonment operations
Managing the HSE aspects in relation to well activities by using industry standard HSE risk identification and mitigation tools
Designing drill-string and bottom-hole assemblies and selecting drill bits
Requirements
To be successful in your application, you will need to:
- possess at least a higher education Diploma (eg. HND or equivalent) but preferably a Bachelors Degree or higher in a technical or engineering subject
- have significant overall experience of well engineering / drilling activities with proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor. Experience in leadership and operations supervision, in particular with respect to HSE awareness and management is a must.
- be IWCF Certified
- have good knowledge of well analysis software
Experience in specialist areas such as HP / HT and, or Under-balanced Drilling and, or Extended Reach Drilling environments will be an advantage.
To be considered for a Senior position in this role, you will be expected to have extensive experience as a Drilling Supervisor including proven experience with all rig types and in-depth operational expertise in the above mentioned specialist topics.

Responsibilities:
• To provide geological support for drilling operations e.g. casing and coring points picking up, swellable packers depth, drilling hazards notification, cuttings and core description, HC shows analysis. • To train Wellsite Junior Geologists in field of geology, logging interpretation basics” and “Coaching and supporting MFA’s” QA/QC and support of logging operations (PEX, XPT, SuperCombo, etc.). • To produce a preliminary interpretation of logging data at the well site and reporting. • To review and report all problems through the After Action Review process • To do the Daily geological reporting; to perform the Weekly QA/QC of mudlogging services • To produce a Winlog composite well log issued from spud till end of Conductor section and after TD. To update Winlog with all necessary data (survey details, mud parameters, drilling parameters, logging field data, lithological data); Composite log and Well file 2 days after cementing • To collect information for End of Well Reports from spud to first oil. • To be the well site representative for PLT, CBL and perforation correlation jobs. • To perform core operations. To report the results once core operations are finished.
Requirements:

Preparation, review and answer of the Technical Queries Requests for the disciplines of pipeline and civil; • Call for and participate to necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings as required to achieve the performance of the work; • Relay to the Design Authorship team on site any deviations from the design that have been implemented in the field and ensure that the correct paperwork for such deviations is in place to rectify the situation or accept the current installation; • Update and reissue technical design documentation prior to construction activities should corrections to the design be required; • Follow-up Contractor(s) activities; • Liaise with Site operating team to collect necessary data for the project; • Provide input to the Field Project Engineer for Project progress reporting (data, narrative), outlines critical problems and proposes corrective actions; • Follow up and verify all documentations proposed by the Contractor are in lien with project expectations and requirements; • Ensure that all activities supervised are performed with the proper degree of safety and environment protection; • Issue in due time Daily report and assist site management in the issuance of the weekly, monthly, final report.

Требования: От 35 лет. Высшее образование. Опыт работы на инженерных должностях в бурении от 7-ми лет.
