International company is looking for a specialist to Testing Commissioning Manager position to join the project in the United Arab Emirates. Supposed project duration is up to the year 2030. The project: Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone - port construction. Company’s volume of work comprises telecommunication and electronics sphere. Company offers long term contract, provides good social package including visa, mobilization, health insurance, meal. Lead the Commissioning Team to defining the systems testing requirements in line with the overall commissioning strategy and document boundaries on the various design documents. Lead the commissioning team to set turnover priorities for individual systems that allows for productive simultaneous operations, i.e. safe commissioning of systems while the construction team completes and turns over the remaining systems. Develop an overall strategy for commissioning of the systems that supports the electrical supply needs for the overall system commissioning target dates. Supporting project Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of key systems hardware including: reviewing procedures, assigning resources, periodically attending FAT, and adjusting commissioning scope to integrate FAT successes and deficiencies. Assist in defining systems equipment preservation methods and field monitoring plan. Working with engineering and operations departments to promptly find the preferred alternative for alleviating issues discovered during commissioning. Lead in the development of commissioning spare parts listing and quantities to support the systems hardware and infrastructure.
