Position
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Remote PAD
Function
HSE related items :
• Ensure TEPR HSE policy, frame of reference are adhered to;
• Participate to PTW Committee for remote PADs (EP1, NP1 or EP2) and sign as Operating Authority.
• Ensure application of Affiliate Instruction for Construction & Production & Drilling simultaneous operations on remote PADs;
• Participate in the SIMOPS Dossiers elaboration and follow-up, with all concerned departments;
• Contribute to maintain integrity of remote PADs and competency of personnel to operate safely;
• Participate / Lead risk assessments required;
• To highlight unexpected unsafe situation – downgraded situations.
Team management, Production and SIMOPS activities:
• Supervise the production personnel he is in charge on remote PADs (EP1, NP1 or EP2);
Prepare and supervise the delicate or risky Production operations on remote PADs (EP1, NP1 or EP2);
• Prepare and supervise the delicate or risky SIMOPS (SIMultaneous OPerationS) Construction &
• Production & Drilling operations on remote PADs (EP1, NP1 or EP2);
• Ensure a close coordination in between Construction & Production & Drilling Departments in the frame of SIMOPS activities;
• Report interferences between Production & Construction & Drilling in the frame of SIMOPS activities;
• Ensure the proper integration of Construction/Drilling works in field activities to keep the highest safety level and minimize impact on Production (minimise shortfalls);
• Follow-up the implementation of Production operations programs;
• Anticipate potential problems and predict degraded situations;
• Lead resolution of abnormal production situations;
• Coordinate with Remote Pads Production Leader for Deliveries / Compensation;
• Train production team members, and contribute to improve skills and know-how.
Production method:
• Prepare operational procedures for remote PADs he is in charge;
• Contribute to analysis of the production loss and propose corrective actions (remote PADs);
• Make recommendations on remote PADs possible improvement.
Reporting and follow-up :
• Ensure and check for remote PADs the daily production reporting on production issues (shortfalls, wells parameters);
• Ensure the implementation on Remote Pads of tools required for the production follow-up;
• Contribute to operational feedback on production issues;
• Report ESD at remote PADs and contribute to investigation;
• Daily reporting to Remote Pads Production Leader.
Requirements
• Education on operational safety, production operations, well operations;
• Professional experience at least of 6 years with knowledge and practice with production, HSE and SIMOPS;
• Working experience in SIMOPS activities highly appreciated.
• Fluent in English (>2.5);
• Adaptability and ability to work in an international environment;
• Driving licence (B category).
